No one wants to go to physical therapy but if you have to I would recommend to go here. I worked with Caleb and he was a great help to improve my shoulder and to reach my goals. Very friendly team with great attitude which makes your visit much more pleasant. I hope I don't have to come back but if I have to I will certainly come back here.

If you are looking for friendly, professional, and competent physical therapists, this is the place. I primarily worked with Bob, who provided a program of exercises that helped me regain strength in my right knee before and after arthroscopy. He also provided a home program of exercises so that I could continue my progress at home. I received excellent care and instruction.I also worked with Caleb and Riley, who were excellent as well. And, at the front desk, Janet takes the time to greet patients as they arrive and handles the financial side of things in a very friendly and helpful manner.I will definitely go return to this SERC Physical Therapy location if I have any future physical therapy needs.

The Riverside SERC team is exceptional. Thank you, Rachel, Bob, Riley, and Janet. The BEST and friendliest PT group around. Every visit was top notch, challenging and helped me reach my goals. Thanks to all for making my physical therapy a wonderful experience.

The SERC team here is phenomenal. There are different attributes that lead to true recovery and improvement related to physical therapy when trying to recover from surgery, avoid it, or, get back on whatever playing field is important to you.The team here is not only knowledgeable, but, cares to get you back to the place that is important to you. You don’t always find both of those things inside PT clinics. 10/10 recommend!

This PT group is amazing! They listen to their patients, ask questions, and truly care about your well being! I am grateful for my time with them and although I hope to not need their services in the future, I will return if needed!

My son recieved PT for almost a year due to a dislocated knee and then reinjury and surgery. All staff worked as a team to get my son back 100%. Very knowledgeable , friendly and supportive. The front desk was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend SERC to anyone.

Great therapy place. Riley was amazing, had me back to better than I was before my injury. The practice is all open and very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and professional, they have this calm but encouraging atmosphere which helps immensely while navigating the healing process.

Caleb is the best Physical Therapist ever! I was in a lot of pain and walked with a limp when I came to SERC. Caleb not only helped me address the pain, but he showed me ways to keep the pain at bay. I lost some weight, I am more limber, and I am able to do a lot of things I couldn't do in the past! Caleb , you are incredible! ⭐️. All the Therapist were so nice. I always enjoyed being there! Janet always greeted me by name and helped me sort out a billing issue. She went above and beyond. Thank you Caleb and SERC!!!

My daughter received the best treatment at SERC. Once you arrive you are treated like part of the family. Riley was amazing! She was so patient and through. Janet and her support staff are friendly and welcoming.

I recommend SERC PT to anyone in need. The whole staff is great and office is open and welcoming. I was listened to and encouraged but not told what to do or what was wrong.I was comfortable enough to say what was wrong and what felt right. We worked together as a team and was given the skills to keep up the work at home. Rachel was amazing and enjoyable to spend time with.

The whole team was really great at getting to know me and my needs throughout my recovery. I was always greeted by my name at the door by Janet and Mia. Caleb did a great job at helping me build my shoulder back up. His program was always growing and changing depending on my progress. There rest of the staff were fun to interact with as well. I was nervous going in, but they helped me get over any anxiety I had about PT.

I am so glad I came to this physical therapy place! Everyone is talented with a comfortable sense of humor. My trainer, Caleb Brook, is highly trained and intelligent. He's helped me to heal at a record setting pace! My husband and I are very well pleased with the progress I have been able to achieve due to Mr. Brook's up to date training!

Great place to go. They make everything go easy help you get back to 100%. Highly recommend. And im not one thats big on hospitals and doctors and what not. If you decide to go here try and ask for Rachel kimmich. Youll have a lot of laughs and good convo all while getting your treatment.
