“Our new (less than 1k miles) 2024 Hyundai Tucson had a negative interaction with the garage wall that damaged the fender and bumper. I went to the dealers recommended collision center but was concerned with reviews that might indicate a vehicle might not receive the type of care I expected.
I contacted a vintage custom car repair shop I had used previously and they recommended Hysom's. I looked at their online reviews and was impressed. I took the Tucson in and Mike, the owner, did an estimate, fully explained the repair process and answered every question I had then and over several phone calls later. I was especially concerned about the paint matching after the repair and Mike assured me that would not be a problem.
The repair was done on time, the paint matched perfectly, the quality of the work was excellent and the vehicle was returned clean.

“Vehicle batteries have gotten pretty pricey. Although you get a 2 year warranty with new batteries. You still can't beat the price that this place sells. The life expectancy of a recycled battery is 2 or more years. But even if one of his batteries doesn't last 2 years. You could buy 4 recycled batteries for the price of one band new battery w/ a 2 year warranty. Draw back is the store hours. But the savings are worth the wait for the place to open.”

“I’m very happy with the way the hood turned out on our 1996 Chevy Silverado. The clear coat was degraded making the truck look bad. New paint and clear coat looks flawless. They also installed new bushings on the door’s making them close smooth as new. These people take pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Thanks again for a great job.”

What I really liked is, I'm a woman and most places try to take advantage of that by trying to upsell me. Or offering me things I don't need & I didn't ask for. He listened to me and actually tried to help me not get over on me. I will definitely be a customer for life. And I would recommend them to anybody that wrecked their car for collision repair”
