Trashy store. Customer service is terrible. Empty selves and out of stock. Boxes, carts, tables everywhere blocking the aisles. Trashy outside as well. Fantastic location but very poorly run

Got a coupon on my last visit for $5.00 off on December 2nd only. You had to spend $25.00 to get the $5.00 off. After spending $47.00 the coupon wouldn’t scan and the cashier just said sorry I can’t get it to work so you’re out of luck. What a scam.

Some of us depend on this store for food n non food items. Nvr anything on the shelves yet piled to the ceiling in back.Closed down b4 one of the most profitable holidays of the yr n stl is closed. Wonder if Corporate knows how long they been shut down? Deseret Industries aka Mormon Church im sure would like some answers.

Ladies outside smoking and eating and said the store is not open. It was 10:30 in the morning. They just didn’t want to have to go in to work, ridiculous!

Nothing in stock. Clerk didn't say hello, or tell me the total when she finished ringing me up. This store used to be one of the better Dollar Generals around here but it has gone down hill tremendously. I know it's hard to find good help, but there ARE standards you should expect your employees to live up to!

Was here last year and commended the manager about how nicely stocked and clean everything was. I came back yesterday May 19th, 2023 and was totally disappointed! The cashier stayed on her phone the whole time. She was standing outside when I pulled up while on her phone, then when I was ready to check out she was still talking the phone. Never acknowledged anyone coming in or while checking out. The store was a disaster and definitely in need of better management. Couldn’t get through some lanes because of boxes and a lot of items out of stock. It’s obvious that something has happened since last year with management. Hopefully someone takes over and quickly!

Shelves have been empty the last several times I’ve been here. Inventory carts are full and in the isles with nothing being put out. You have to move the carts if there’s something you want on a shelf.Went to check out. The clerk said nothing to the customer before me nor I. Nothing was bagged, she just placed the items back on the counter for the customer ahead of me to carry out and then the same thing to me. Very disappointing customer service and how trashy this place has become. It used to be a nice store!

I live just down the road from this store, so I am here all the time. The food section consistently has empty shelves and freezers for weeks at a time, and they've been out of bags for over a week now?? I understand if you run out for a day or two, but this is ridiculous. I see people walking out trying to carry a shopping cart worth of items in their arms.
