Beautifully appointed, very comfortable beds, living space with a full kitchen made having a fun family get together a very pleasant and relaxing experience that didn't break the bank. We are booking for next year already. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing experience in Branson. Especially at Christmas time. The Las Vegas location is a little run down and not a very good location. New York and Miami locations are fabulous. Branson is the best!

The Cliffs are great. The view of the river bend is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching boats go by.

Always one of our favorite places to stay while we are in Branson. For Thanksgiving they gave everyone a large turkey to make, great surprise!

We have gone to this location since they opened and it was only the houses. The property is very nice. BlueGreen has messed around with adding the new building they started in 2019. It is sitting vacant and fenced with no work being started still. Crafts and activities were great. The pool that is supposed to be for the houses has been out of commission since May and has to be rebuilt. That was disappointing. The houses used to have more high end kitchen wares. The dishwasher was falling apart and the freezer chucked ice all over the floor as soon as you opened it. Mini golf was good. The houses are awesome, just some maintenance issues. We always love the they’re room and pool tables in the houses

Beautiful view. Great service. Bed wasn't very comfortable(very hard with one side indented) nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. Cellular service was in and out with weak wifi. But vacationing who cares right?

Very clean, friendly staff, the rooms and balconies were very private. My kids loved the put put coarse. We only wish the other pool and hot tub were open to disperse the number of people in the available one. Loved our stay and hope to visit again next year.

Called front desk asking about board games, and was told there were none. Bought some, then the next day found them at hospitality center. Didn't have a garage door opener and asked for one, never got it. Was told the hot tub at the Cliffs was for adults only. Haha, kids everything. No one to police the area. The house was beautiful but due to overgrowth and trees, no lake view.

We stayed at The Cliffs Lodge (condos) as part of a marketing promo. (Full disclosure we didn't pay full price.) There are homes and condos, which it seems as though most of the pictures are of the homes.
The customer service was amazing. Upon check in there was a gas smell in our room. The front desk immediately had maintenance in our room and then we were given another room right away. The rooms were very nice and the layout was perfect. Everything was very clean and conveniently placed.
We ended up extending our stay one more day because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Every encounter we had with the staff was impeccable customer service. We used the shuttle to get to the Big Cedar and the driver Greg was friendly and helpful. The desk service was amazing. They worked quickly and tag teamed everything. Ruth, Mylik (who stayed late to extend our stay), Gabby, & Emma.
We took the kids fishing at the Big Cedar kids' Pond. Dryden, with activities, was there with a Big Cedar fishing tournament, but took the time to share some fishing tips with my son. My son was thrilled to finally catch a 2 lb bass after learning the tips.
The infinity pool and mini golf at the Cliffs Lodge were very well kept. We enjoyed the use of the gas log bon fires every evening and the sticks they gave us for smores.
The price of the Lodge is a bit pricey when paying full price, however I have seen how much there is to do there and the way we were treated. I would pay full price now that I have experienced how much there is to do and the customer service they deliver!
The kids enjoyed it just as much as the adults!
