“It was a wonderful experience. On this past sunday about 3pm, the store was clean and stocked with clothing. When I asked for assistance; the young lady with the long brown hair helped me picking out an outfit for my daughter's spring Pic day. We got other verbal opinions including from her other colleague and manager which was awesome. The young lady at check out was also patient and nice. I will be returning in the future to this location.”
“Yesterday my daughter and I were shopping for her a dress for her Sweet 16 in 1 1/2 weeks. Alex was working on the floor and she was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to find a beautiful dress ?. Alex's excellent customer service ensured that we will be repeat customers. Then at checkout Indie helped us. She even helped with ensuring that we found shoes with the perfect fit. I must say that these 2 employees have such great customer service it made my experience joyful! “The first time I visited The Woke Brand, I had such an amazing experience! Keisha helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, full of personality, and really made me feel welcome. I love the whole concept of the store, it’s creative, vibrant, and has such great energy. The colors, the layout, and the overall vibe are just so positive and uplifting.
The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.
Each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is consistent with their customer service, and the store atmosphere always leaves me in a good mood. I highly recommend The Woke Brand to anyone looking for unique styles, great service, and positive energy. I absolutely love this store!”
