I visited the bank to request a notary service, and surprisingly, it was provided free of charge! Aner, the gentleman who assisted me, truly made my experience great. He took the time to carefully go through the document I needed notarized and patiently answered all my questions. Aner's attentiveness made me feel like my business truly mattered, even though it wasn't directly related to the bank's usual services. His excellent customer service really made my visit special!

If you have a situation where you need to go inside and actually talk to a real person, I highly recommend you consider going to a different location. The Richmond Heights branch is constantly understaffed resulting in unnecessarily long wait times. I will only ever go to this branch going forward for transactions I can get done on my own via ATMs

Went in to make a withdrawal and print counter checks. They tried to HARD sell me a credit card and would not stop until I got rude with the teller. Time to switch to a credit union.

I have been working with this branch since 2017. In 2018 I started working with a specific banker named Lisa Garvin. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is also quick to return my voicemails. Thanks to her I have been introduced to some very helpful products offered by US Bank. She is the primary reason why I continue to work with them. You should definitely go visit this branch.

Do not ever use this branch for ATM deposits. It accepted my money then jammed and didn't return the money. Filing a claim takes 8 to 10 days to resolve. I called the branch and Lisa was very short and almost abrasive in her explanation that they don't control the ATM. This to me is unacceptable in the current environment.

Absolutely rude. My husband was trying to ask someone a question and the female bank teller was letting a woman and baby through the door as she told him rudely that they were closed and then closed and locked the door. Nothing else. I was sitting in the car 10 feet away and could hear how rude she was. Called up customer services to find out the location it completely closed and shouldn't even be open.

Kaelyn at the location on Big Bend in Maryland Heights is always fast paced and straight to the point. I'll be on my lunch break whenever I stop in and she gets me out of there quick! All while delivering outstanding customer care. No doubt about it, she knows what she's doing. Thanks Kaelyn!!

I definitely hate coming to this branch!!!!!! Always long waits. 8 teller stations one person working them. Such a drag!!! I would have just used the ATM but, last time. My account was deducted money, took almost a week to recover.

Deposited a check inside with the teller, they called me this week (a month later) saying they can't find the check and took the money out of my account. Now I'm out the product i sold and the money that they took out because they lost the check... I don't understand why this is my fault???! Terrible customer service. Unreal.
