Stopped here for the first time as a convenience for the area I was in and I can see why the reviews are bad I was directed to the self service kiosk which I detest but since I was there I did it as I was doing my returns the gentleman came over to me and stated you need to put your items in a bag with the label as you do them being novice at this I didn’t know that he was nice about it and when I was done I had a box he stated you will need this taped and I of course did not have tape he said that will be a $1 for tape. I get it things cost but cheese and crackers. Won’t be going to this location again.

I believe my package was stolen by one of the employees. I ordered my work uniforms to be delivered to this location, someone fraudulently signed for the package (the person who's name signed for it wasn't even there that day), my husband and I came in and called in multiple times in attempt to get my package/uniforms and we were constantly met with "Let me check. Nope, not here. Try again tomorrow." I called the place I ordered from asking for the UPS tracking number. Tracking shows they were delivered and signed for (again, signed by someone who wasn't even working that day). Place we ordered it from initiated a UPS case/claim and this store outright LIED in the investigation saying that we never came to pick it up, closing the UPS case. The package has not been returned to sender yet and it was "delivered" to this store on 06/03/2024. So if the package wasn't picked up by me nor my husband, isn't at the store, and hasn't been returned yet, where else would it be?! $130 down the drain because of their lies and deceit. "Acting manager" kept picking up and hanging up when my husband would repeatedly call. She even answered multiple times, yelling at him, "just leave a message, ok?!" This is also after we had left multiple messages with no return calls, so we already know their terrible track record of returning messages. The horrendous nature of this store tops my worst customer service experience ever. You will be treated horribly. Save yourself the headache. Go. Somewhere. Else. This place is the definition of a dumpster fire.

Attendants were very friendly. Store was clean and organized. Five different customers walked in, basically at the same time and we were all taken care of in minutes. Really impressed. Thank you

there’s a rude lady with white hair who makes it difficult to return your packages and take the box Amazon delivered it to you in. she made it difficult bc the way she was trying to scan everything had not been how you always do it at the 10+ locations I’ve been to. she also wouldn’t take my Amazon box when the other 10+ locations ALWAYS ask or just take your box to recycling inside the store. she was difficult and basically was saying we scanned one barcode twice when that didn’t happen. usually never have issues with the ups store but she was either new and did something wrong or was bitter and just trying to make the experience more difficult than it needed to be.

Poor customer service! They made my experience really difficult and tried charging me ridiculous prices for a box and to even tape my box for a return. Another location I went to on Laclede was super friendly and made my experience uncomplicated.

I had a package to ship worth over $30,000. I asked Leron if I could hand him my package instead of the loose / open drop box. I explained how I didn’t feel comfortable leaving such a high value box in a public accessible area.…He plainly said no and then told me I was being rude and asked me to leave!!! What?! How about you be accommodating to your customers when they need assistance? I am in customer service, and if a customer told me they were uncomfortable and asked if they could give me their package directly, I would say ‘of course’ instead of arguing. CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE A CHOICE TO WORK WITH A UPS EMPLOYEE IF THEY DONT WANT TO USE THE OPEN DROP BOX!!!

Very frustrating experience at this location today. After having a nightmare of a time re-routing a package to be held as I was out of town during a scheduled delivery (which UPS apparently can't reroute over the phone and their website kept throwing errors at me), I went to pick up my package today. I was told I owed them $10 to get it or it would be sent back to the sender. When I attempted to ask why I owed $10 since I already paid to ship the item via UPS, another employee, who wasn't even a manager, jumped over and started loudly telling me that if I didn't like it and pay right now, they'd just send my package back and then he started to walk in the back with it. When I asked for a manager, I was told one was not available. I was also told that this was a "franchise location" and they are not even supposed to receive packages. Like they were doing me a favor and then charging me for it. It is funny, I do this with FedEx all the time and there are never any issues. I would encourage others to patronize different shippers, there are plenty of options out there that don't rip you off and then talk down to you when you ask for an explanation while threatening to send your package back.

The staff was very helpful. I had many questions about mailing my visa, and the staff stayed after closing to help me solve my issues. Very grateful.
