Top notch shop! I’ll be back to buy a bike! I needed a cassette after wearing mine smooth out while on a trip/race in the area. They had one left! They put it on my wheel with only like 30 mins to close and even adjusted my rear brake! They even made me and my buddy a mad cup of brew! Over the top impressed with their shop and who they were! Thanks fellas for hooking me up!

The team working here are super nice and helpful. I especially love their trade in kids bike program. My daughter is growing like a weed and it seems like every year we need to get her a larger bike. It helps to get that trade in credit towards the next bike purchase. She loves her new mountain bike.

Great service! Something on my bike was broken and they fixed it right away, so I didn't have to come back on another day. Furthermore, as a service they improved the attachment of my rack with better screws, because I told them that some screws loosen on their own over time.

Great shop with very helpful bike experts and a great selection of bikes and accessories!They have a basement full of bikes/stock, so make sure you ask about what you’re looking for in case it’s not in the main showroom.I was looking for 24” kids bikes and they had a pretty good selection they pointed me to after asking.The team did a great job sizing the bike for my son and making sure brake handles and everything we’re working perfectly with our purchase.I really appreciate their attention to detail and expertise.Can’t wait to hit the trails with my kids!!!

These guys are so helpful and I'm really glad I found them. I wanted a shimano brand bottom bracket replacement and these guys are the closest Shimano service location to me. Bb's come in a lot of styles and sizes for some reason and I happen to have the older cup/ cone square taper setup. Matt happily answered any and all of my questions. John answered the phone and was also very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks again Trailhead Mesa and can't wait to visit ?

Great service and selection. After seeing so many shops depleted of bikes, parts, etc. somehow Trailhead has a good selection of bikes (maybe Specialized is just better equipped than Trek in this topsy turvy supply chain world?). All of the team is knowledgeable about their ebikes. As well as their “acoustic” bikes. Very friendly, very responsive, and they seem better managed with inventory than any shop I have been in since COVID began.

I have always received great service from the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly from sales to the mechanics. I highly recommend going here for any cycling needs. This is a shop that services all cyclists and is committed to getting everybody out on a bike whether it's just for leisure, commuting, and/or racing.

Not impressed. Bought a brand new Specialized Roubaix Comp Shimano Di2 from them. Bike was presented to me missing 1) the pedals I'd paid for and asked them to put on and 2) the equipment to charge the battery. I asked to be fitted (which honestly should have come complimentary at pickup) and was told to email the service manager. I did. Been 5 days, no reply. Take your business elsewhere. I could have gotten the bike from Specialized website. I've also transitioned all my service work to another local bike shop. Disappointed customer. Can't recommend.

They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my bike. I came in for some simple replacement tubes and they fixed two other things for me. Highly recommend!
