So, I just started smoking a pipe & thought it would be nice to get some advice on tobacco flavors & gain some knowledge on the subject. I found this shop online and decided I would drive the extra 25 minutes in the wrong direction from my house after work. I arrive and the parking is metered. It's old school too & doesn't accept nft or cards. It was 4:00 and as their recoding says theyclose at 6. The website says 5. I was there at 4. Evidently, one must make an appointment to gain access to their store prior to driving out. They didnt answer their phone and I waited until my meter ran out to leave. I wonder how they stay afloat with parking that is paid & as antiquated is only accepts coins & won't open their doors or answer their calls. I was looking forward to gaining some knowledge and new goodies. I shop. I love to shop. These folks lost a sale & my confidence in their product. Save your time and go to Dirt Cheap. They might have horrible tobacco but at least you can get in the frigging door.

Placed a large order (hundreds of dollars) on 11/1/2023 and paid for expedited shipping. After not receiving my shipment, called Top Hat last week and spoke with a woman (refused to giver her name) claiming to be the "manager" of the company. She told me she could not control shipping, regardless of the fact that their website says to use expedited shipping if you need your shipment in less than 10 days. Let another week go by, still no shipment. Called back, same "manager" answered with same double-speak. Told her that it's now been 2 weeks and still no delivery. Advised if they didn't do something to keep me as a customer, given their website claiming their difference is "customer care" that I would never buy from them again. She advised that was fine, wished me a good day and hung up. What more do you need to know? Go some place else... Any place else.

Couldn't find any info on-line about this company, but they had a sampler at a great price so I took the gamble.They are great. They're based in St Louis. When I called the company, I noticed a different company name (one for a chewing tobacco company) appeared on my phone. Also, they have a physical address in St Louis, but I don't know if it's an actual store. It may just be a distribution center.Anyway, it took them about 3 days to ship my order and all is good! Got my 3 sampler boxes 1 week after I ordered. Super happy!
