We have been in several times. We had to seek out a designer for help. The customer service is lacking. We didn’t buy any furniture as we found better quality, service and value at Ethan Allen.

Overall a very beautiful store... very clean and well merchandised. The couches are very comfortable and RH overall has a great quality product. The layout here is helpful if you are wanting to order... They have an entire wall of Wood Finish Samples, fabrics, and more. I am hoping RH will do a Gallery Store in St. Louis one day with a restaurant.

The store is really organized and the people are very helpful. Angela helped us with the design for our lower level in our new home. We are very happy with everything she put together for us.

I have tried to many years to stay far far away from Restoration Hardware furniture. I hate the lack of color, I hate the huge mailers, I hate that everything is made in Vietnam or some far east country. And here I find myself, having placed an order with them for a sink/vanity that I just could not find replicated anywhere else. In hindsight, I should have gone custom with a machinist. $8,000- that's how much I spent on a vanity and piece of furniture on one order. The vanity gets a 6 month lead time. Ok, I'll buy the matching P-trap and supply lines later, no big deal. Surprise surpise, the vanity ships 5 months early (your estimations are off that much?!) and now I need those lines and P-trap. No worries, it will only cost you $100 to ship those two items after you just spent thousands including a ton on shipping. Can you ship to the local store? NOPE. They "do not have room to receive items for customers to pick up". Right. Not to mention their taxing practices. I live in Soulard where there is a 3 block box with a special sales tax (for "tourists" in bars). Fine, whatever. Well, since my address is in that box, RH charges me that ridiculous sales tax rate, which, at $8k is a TON. It's like 12%. Not a single other store or online outlet charges me that because of my address. How can Amazon and 500 other hardware companies ship this small stuff for free yet RH needs to charge $100 to ship it, especially when it's because their time estimations were off by four fold? It REALLY costs you $100 to ship those pieces of hardware? Get over yourselves. I'm back to my "never RH ever" policy and plan to stick to it. I dipped my feet and I'm done.

I actually am writing this review and wish I could give more than 1 star. Their furniture is amazing and the quality is superb. We had a huge order with RH. This is what went wrong (I promise you I am not kidding or making this up, EVERYTHING IN OUR BIG ORDER WENT WRONG): 1. The wrong chandelier was sent and installed. We had to re-order the right chandelier, remove the old chandelier, then reinstall the new one. All this is time and money. They said they will reimburse us for the electrician cost but I still do not have a check weeks later 2. Dining chairs came defected. Three out of 10 chairs had issues. Luckily these were not custom ordered and we were able to return the whole order 3. A breakfast table was damaged. The replacement came damaged. They got it right the third time. This of course translates to weeks of waiting 4. Drapery was a mess. We stayed with wife open windows for weeks waiting on them to fix it. We started planning several months ago for drapery and we still do not have privacy in our home waiting on them to get it right. They had problems with structure of the rails and also dimensions of the drapes 5. The replacement drapery was then sent to the wrong address, left at the door. It was raining and my wife had to move lots of big boxes from there to our house 5. A coffee table was damaged upon delivery. They sent a "furniture doctor", and now are going to replace it. Even if they do replace what is damaged, it takes time, effort and endless phone calls. We moved in to a new house 2 months ago and still are waiting for deliveries, curtain installment and return calls. Calling the store and speaking to managers gives you plenty of empty promises. As an example, with all our complaints they still pushed out drapery installment date one more week because they didn't have enough staff to install. After a few months of suffering with RH I am writing this bad review. I wish I didn't have to do this, because their furniture is truly high quality and distinguished. I wish their leadership higher up would read my review

A retail store with a studio setup and very friendly staff. Everything that you see inside is customizable so use your creativity, that includes the depth of couches all the way down to the type of legs on the furniture. Don't be afraid to ask what the options are. This is a top end, premium service store so the quality you get is matched with the price tag. at the very least you're going to enter feeling amazed at the setups sand leaving with limitless ideas.

Right up front I'll tell you the loss of a star is from in store employee product knowledge of a relatively new towel color and repeated delivery time errors. I ordered what in the store lighting looked like a shade of brown only to find out this item comes in four shades of gray and zero shades of brown. I felt like employee should have known this. Also I've been told about expected delivery dates more than once only to find out that delivery would actually much longer...as much longer as an extra month which is pretty huge. The store itself is on the small side compared to other stores in the country but for the space they have they pack a lot in. If you're looking to make a big purchase and will need s lot of time working with staff, call ahead and make an appointment. There are sample books for everything and RH will send you samples of various colors and materials. If you're looking for linens, you can touch, feel and see the actual products but don't expect to go home with them. You will order right there at the store and they will ship or deliver. The towels are above average and linen sheets...why would you sleep on anything else? 1-800 customer service is excellent and if you have a problem they stand behind what they sell.

I bought several items there within the last 60 days. Everyone has been cordial and my overall experience was excellent. If I had a billing question, a question about a delivery, or a general catalog question, all of the reps have been helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

The reviews are surprising. As a designer i know the products are high quality. The people working there are retail employees give them a friggin break. If you want design support or product expertise go to carol house or basset. They have very qualified personel that work on commission!

These people lie about what you are actually buying. It's also overpriced cheap furniture. The staff are rude unless they think you have money, then they keep you they're all day and spend your money for you. Don't fall into the trap.

I like the things RH sells but I had a bad shopping experience. I bought a floor model sofa for over $3000. At the time I made the purchase it was in a pretty good condition. Unfortunately, they did not want to deliver it right away when I made the purchase (which was the first minor disappointment). When it was delivered it had a new and pretty large scratch on one of the seat pillows. I had expected that they would replace the damaged pillow or at least come up with some sort of fix. Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to help. Moreover, some of the staff (not all) were treating me rather impolite afterwards. If I buy any thing from RH in the future, I will either buy it online or in the outlet but try to avoid the Galleria store. It is a pity that they don't care about the shopping experience of their customers since this is an important element of a high end store.
