I was there to get new shoes. The staff was friendly and helpful. New Balance still has a line of AMERICAN MADE shoes and I was specifically looking for these and left happy!

I purchased a great fitting pair of tennis shoes today thanks to Gregg the best shoe specialist ever !!!
He is kind, respectful, great listener, knowledgeable and that makes a big difference when purchasing shoes with a current leg/foot issue.
Levi & Chris also assisted with additional items I needed. I will shop there again and refer this location on Big Bend to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.

I cannot tell you how Jeff helped me change my life!!! My feet hurt so bad from standing in my cafe kitchen all day. I was miserable. I came in hoping for a solution and he helped me decide on a pair of tennis shoes that was a total game changer. And orthotics ?
I feel brand new. ❤️ Thank you Jeff!!! It was awesome meeting with you all and chatting about the restaurant biz!

I had a phone interview with a manager in training that went very well then I was scheduled to come into the store to meet the Big Man on campus which was the district manager. The district manager was completely inappropriate with me and expressed how he was lonely that his wife and child were back in Branson Missouri and he was looking for a friend and when he saw that I was completely disgusted the interview ended abruptly and I was never called back which was a blessing in disguise because I ended up getting a job in the same area for $6 more an hour.
