Called and made an appointment for makeup for my niece wedding. Got there on time and was told that everyone called out n no one there can do my makeup she was very rude n dismissed me n wouldn't help me one bit. Horrible horrible service never ever going back n I give them 0 stars but has to put at least 1 star for this to post !!!

I made an appointment for 5/19 with the MAC store in Macy's for my cousin's wedding later that day. I was a bridesmaid and came from the East Coast. Well I ended up at this MAC because the one at Macy's screwed me over. When I got here I was a hot sweaty frustrated mess and on the verge of tears. Lucas was the only one there and told me he could help me but if customers needed something he would have to help them as well. I understood but was not thrilled because I just wanted to get in and out because I was running over an hour late. The first thing I did was apologize to Lucas for my possible attitude and my frustration. He went and got me a water and then started. I showed him the dress I was wearing and the jewelry and he got to work. I was nervous since I don't really wear makeup often plus I didn't have time for any mistakes or do overs. Lucas put me at ease with great conversation and just him being overall AMAZING! When he finished and I finally got to see I was shocked! I felt and looked so beautiful! I got so many complaints on my makeup and was told numerous time how beautiful I looked. I can only hope that Lucas get to see the finished product of my hair and dress. He truly saved the day for me!

I've been here twice and and I waited at least 20 minutes each time before a non-MAC employee had to help me. I have yet to encounter a MAC employee actually present at the counter. Luckily I knew what I needed and a Macy's employee was able to ring me up. But these employees are extremely unprofessional. If you want to buy something from this MAC, be prepared to know what you want because someone may not be there to help you.

Yesterday(8/23/16), I went to the location inside of Nordstrom's at the St. Louis Galleria Mall. First, I should say that I'm a plus sized, very pregnant mother, who was shopping with my four year old daughter as well. Also, I don't typically go to the mall in full face with daughter, only if I'm with my husband or friends. Anyway, though I try to look semi presentable and not like a frumpy mom machine, I am often profiled in make up and clothing stores because of my size or look. Based on this, there are certain stores that I avoid because of horrible customer service. Before I went to MAC, I had gone to Sephora. While I was there, I was not greeted, and once I was, I wasn't actually greeted, I was immediately offered make up tips. When I politely refused, I was basically made fun of by two store associates there. Feeling terrible, I left. Next, my daughter and I went to MAC, and we were greeted by Kenadie Crossley. I told her the type of product I was looking for, and she had me sit down to try and match my skin tone. Another sales associate walked up, watched and chatted with us for a moment, but I didn't catch her name. Anyway, being pregnant and hormonal and having those ladies actually being nice to me, my eyes welled up with tears. It was so refreshing to just be able to SHOP, and not feel judged or unwelcome. The girls helped me regain my composure, and Kenadie had me sit back down and showed me more products and unique ways to use them with my facial features. She was very personable and chatted with me while she helped me. When she was done, I was amazed at how I looked, and I felt more confident. I purchased several products, and Kenadie gave me her card offering tips anytime I need them, and help with future purchases. I will NEVER shop at Sephora again. I'm ride or die MAC now...lol. Basically, I wanted to point out her beyond excellence customer service. Like REALLY STELLAR niceness, and extensive product knowledge. She 180'd my day, and I will not forget that experience for a long time. I also plan to share this in as many online outlets as I can.

AMANDA THE COUNTER MANAGER IS AWESOME SHE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY I RECENTLY VISIT THERE AND SHE WAS GREAT ON MAKING SURE ALL OF MY NEEDS AND WANTS WAS MEET AND THAT I WAS HAPPY I WILL MOST DEF BE VISITING THIS LOCATION GOING FOWARD THANKS MAC WITH A SMILE
