“Ian and Seth were unbelievably helpful with trying to figure out how to set up our Apple watch with it's own prepaid phone line. For some reason, the Verizon cell service was not active even though we had gone through all of the initial setup steps. I had spent at least 2 hours talking on the phone to Verizon, 1.5 hours on an online chat with Verizon, and another 2 hours at a different Verizon store to try to solve this problem.

Ian and Seth worked together to try every possible idea that they had until they finally figured it out. These two employees should definitely deserve a raise or a bonus for their hard work, patient, and intelligence. Thank you again for not giving up on a very frustrating problem!”

They both went above and beyond! 1st Justin was able to go ahead and install the screen protectors I purchased from Amazon after he spoke with the manager on my behalf, then Keelen is who did the transfers AND he also came out to my car to help link my phone to my car to talk hands free! WOW! These 2 guys truly deserve recognition. Very good attitudes also! Thanks again Justin and Keelen! I get a call back from someone at Elite in less than 30 minutes who explains the problem (which was on my end), and how to correct it. “I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. “The employees are wonderful and are patient with assisting ALL AGES and not just the college age- young folks(see my review of the Richmond Heights location). I would love to see the exterior updated and more employees to assist when it does get crowded. This is a very spacious location in the Central West End (prestigious tourist area) with Drs, Scientist and other high end professionals including students from Washington University/St. Louis University amongst the locals. So, it bewildering why this location hasn't been updated yet. I understand the store was recently burglarized so that should definitely be more incentive to upgrade so the location appears better.”
