Arrive purchased Evo and it has been a disaster ever since. There are plenty of beautiful new apartment buildings going up around this area with great amenities (specifically the pool and gym), if these are important to you - RUN! This year the pool was opened over a month late and still wasn’t working properly as it had no heat, now it’s closed again with no foreseeable reopening date and zero apologies. The gym has dated machines and often things don’t work properly, my husband and I have purchased our own attachments for machines because they’ve broken and have never been replaced. Don’t be lured in by these things if you are looking unless you only plan on staring at the pool and not enjoying it. Also, zero compensation or exemptions are given with these closures and quite frankly, they have been VERY rude in response to our concerns. Go elsewhere where you can enjoy arguably the most important amenity, THE POOL - we pay A LOT of money to not enjoy these things.

My fiancée and I are looking to move in the near future and Arrive Brentwood popped up on our search a couple of times. I finally decided to give the place a call and was pleasantly surprised with how professional and helpful Eric was. He answered our questions about the space, the amenities, the location and made it sound like such a wonderful place. We're looking forward to checking the place out in the future after the chat we had with him!

Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the service and care provided initially by Evo and now Arrive Brentwood/Trinity companies and staff. We have been here in the ABII/flats since late July, 2023 and have an 18 month lease. It is a lovely apartment in a good setting. In particular, I want to mention staff person, Bridget Donegan. She has always performed above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our questions and needs. She started with us last summer when we first explored living here. She has not changed in her dedication to providing high customer satisfaction. She is always professional, welcoming, listens fully, and seeks to find rapid resolution to any issues. I am not one who hesitates to report all types of issues:)Both James and Jimmy from the maintenance crew have been helpful in many ways too. They are prompt, make good suggestions, plus courteous. We have not had nearly as much interaction with them as we have Bridget; however, they are very efficient. We have noticed that Trinity is making improvements to the campus and landscaping. Appreciated the signage all over regarding freezing pipes in the winter. We already do all those things the signs and emails suggested but that was smart. We have only had very rare interaction (couple of phone calls and an email) with Bridget's female co-worker/peer and her male supervisor; however; they have been pleasant as well.I will say parking is a challenge for our second vehicle (we have a 1 car garage attached). Yes, we have a building garage spot/unassigned- rented for $25.00/month, but it is a longer walk that we want to make daily. It would not be pleasant in very cold or very hot weather. Thank you, Trinity, for giving attention to all residents having a new blue AB parking sticker.Respectfully,Kathryn A. EnglandFred J. England

I went to the leasing office address and a privacy invasion happened in my apartment. One of the management entered the apartment despite my wife shouting “DO NOT ENTER”. However she entered the apartment and ignored my wife.I went to the leasing office just to let them know, please don’t the enter the apartment if my wife is there alone, without any intention to argue with anyone. However, seconds later, the person who entered the popped up and the office and start talking to us in a disrespectful tone simply because we are Muslims and my wife is wearing hijab.I didn’t want to argue with anyone, but simply to let them know do not enter the apartment if I’m not there.any intention to argue with anyoneHowever, the response from the lady who popped up in the office was “we own the building.”Simply she popped up in the office because she knew that what she did is wrong and now she wants to defend herself while no one was talking about her personally, but we were discussing what happened. This is a really rude statement. You own the building, but still, you have to respect our privacy, and treat us with courtesy. You do not own the residence!!!She’s aggressive, argumentative, and she treated us badly as if we were goods that she own!!This is not the first time the management deal with residence based on their race, you can check the reviews.

Super loud and no privacy! Amy would pretend to help but I feel she has an Asian hate problem….The place is right next to highway with no sound proof. Staffs are super rude. They would like to use their key to open your apt doors whenever they want. If you submitted an emergency maintenance work order, according to Amy, you would give them the right to break in whenever they want, which is ridicules!!! They tried to break in when I was taking a shower and said ‘open the door, I have the key’. They also don’t care about COVID, and when they break in they won’t wear a mask.P.S. nobody was picking up my emergency maintenance phone call, but they would want to open my door several hours later around 11:00 pm without a mask or uniform, even I shouted ‘don’t come in I’m taking a shower.’ The maintenance was also mad at me since I called the emergency hotline. I was very confused since I paid the service and now they assume I have no right to call that hotline. That policy is kind of illegal and they really should hire some law school student to double check on that! That kind of harassment is just unacceptable! Run run run and run away from this when you still have a chance! And to discuss what policy?! Anything that I didn’t sign, I would not follow! :) I will sue soon! My lawyer said nothing like that should happen in the U.S.. After the maintenance broke in, they announced that the maintenance who broke in to my apartment when I was taking a shower was the hero of the apartment! How pathetic is that! To your reply associated to emergency maintenance- nobody picked up the emergency maintenance phone, but a week later, two guys decided to come to my door trying to get in every morning during the COVID peak without their mask on. That’s not your proper way to treat emergency maintenance for sure. Your team is a joke! From top to bottom, inside & out!

We couldn't have been happier with Eric Bassett's responsiveness and willingness to help meet our housing needs/requirements. We highly recommend working with him and this community.

I am curious isnt there a law that all apartment complex should have at least one door that is handicap frendly. Like a push botton to open the door (of course after u scan ur key knob). This apartment has enough ramp and disable parking spot but has 0 door with push botton or door that opens fpr extra few second so as a person on wheelchair u can go in without having door close on you.If you are on wheelchair or walker, its real hard to get in and out having to manually pull the door hold on and get it. I am almost sure there is some ADA law regarding that.Just a curosity.

The office staff called Jessica Jones did not help at all and rude. She directly said Yes to my question "Are you trying to avoid your responsibility (of helping resident)?" and hung up my phone. She did not care about your pet's emotion/health condition/death with their vague schedule of entering your apartment. She refused to do any more effort to provide you a more exact date of entering your apartment.

I live on the 3rd floor and it has leaked inside my apartment 4 times. The 1st time I was informed it was fixed, it didn't occur again so I renewed my lease. It leaked about a year later 3 times in one weak span of time. I know there has been previous issues of leaks in other apartments so this is nothing new. I spoke to Ivory the property manager who I think was trying to be helpful but the response from corporate was insulting. I would like a follow up with corporate for a proper resolution.

The parking alone warrants 1 star. Its awful. Walking a couple blocks every night after my 10+ hour work days is getting really old. If you leave your apartment after 8 p.m. to get food or run an errand you will not have a parking spot getting back. I think the most frustrating part, is there is a huge parking garage, that is never even half full, and they charge an absurd price of $75 dollars a month for it. Not everyone has that extra cash to spend. They really don't care about their tenants.

I lived at evo for two years and everything started to go down hill almost immediately. About two months into my lease, I contacted the only person at the office whose name I knew, Ervina, about a noise complaint for the people above me. I explained that it sounded like they were constantly dropping things and moving heavy furniture around. Ervina ignored my complaint and attributed it to “loud walkers” even though I had already explain it wasn’t loud walking. She passed my email onto someone else in the office, Jessica, who never reached back out.We didn’t have many other issues until we were asked to renew our lease for a third year. I had started to notice the parking garage getting increasingly emptier as time went on and people parking illegally around the surface lot. Come to find out, evo decided to start charging $75 a month (which was previously free) to park in the garage. Because no one wanted to pay for the garage, the surface lot started to get overcrowded. Evo’s solution to this was to have cars ticketed and towed rather than going back to the free garage spots.Later, I started to notice an excessive weed smell in my bathroom and closet. I sent another email to Ervina who was basically the face of evo and never received a response. I then sent an email through the resident portal, no response, and finally another email to Ervina with no response. Smoking is not allowed on the premises so not sure why my concerns regarding an illegal substance were ignored. Finally, the move out contract states that residents are required to hire professional carpet cleaners upon moving out. Evo suggests a company to use, but they charge extra for any floor above the second and for any distance greater than 50 feet from their truck to the door. I decided to use a different company as the contract said that was allowed, as long as I provided the receipt. Two weeks after we moved out, Ervina emails us saying we owe $140+ to have the carpets replaced. After we were just forced to clean them. She stated they use a “third party company” (the same one they recommend you use in the first place) to inspect the carpet and they found damage. How could they find damage if it was JUST cleaned by a professional? Also, we never actually paid a security deposit. Come to find out, we paid a $400 non-refundable “administrative fee.” Neither my roommate nor I recall ever being told that this fee was not refundable upon moving out
