Jennifer Leverich is thee most unprofessional Agent that I’ve ever come across! I purchased my property from her client and she absolutely REFUSED to give us the keys to the property after I had worked sooo hard to close the deal. She told myself and my agent that we needed to wait until funds clear. Ok, the title company sent her confirmation that everything was successful an hour after closing. She did not check her email until 7 hours after they sent her confirmation, and she still forced us to wait. Once we waited the 8 hours AFTER closing, she sent us a message stating that the keys were left inside the property on the counter and to use the garage to access the property! The electricity had been turned off so the garage was not working 8 hours after I closed. I had services scheduled to be turned on that day but by the time I got over there, they were still off and we could not access the home! I called her at least 12 times trying to come up with an alternative method to gain access to my new home. She blocked my number and refused any assistance and said it was not her problem at that point! Who would do something like that to a buyer after a major purchase? She can’t be human.

Upon realizing we were moving from the only place our family called home to another state was daunting, but Melissa Fields came alongside us to make the process smooth and fun. She was in immediate contact with us regarding our likes and dislikes for our future home, but most importantly she provided expertise in all locations in the Greater St. Louis area. Her insight and knowledge was something you cannot quantify or put value to, but it helped us understand the unique characteristics of each area...especially how they related to items on our must-have list.When we got to town she had appointments ready and gave us her full attention knowing we were only in town for a couple days. Truly a blessing to meet her and an honor to have her help us find our home.

Colleen Maginn helped us through the process of building our first home. We started originally looking at existing homes to purchase but quickly realized where we were willing to look to live, we could build for less than buying existing closer in. We drug her to SOOOO many houses looking before we settled on building and she met us each and every time with a smile. She was as there every step of the way making sure the builder held up his end of the deal and everything went off without a hitch. I would (and have!) recommended her (and her amazing twin sister Katie) to everyone I know if they’re looking to sell/buy/build a home. They are amazing people and amazing realtors who help navigate the crazy world of real estate with experience and expertise.Anyone looking for an amazing realtor (or two!) give the Maginn’s a chance to WOW you!
