I was a walk-in to set up a checking and savings account. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Raquel who is their private client banker and she was most helpful with what I set out to do and I even did a bit more which I had been meaning to do by having a great and thorough conversation with her as she informed me on the best routes to take for me personally. She is very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. It felt more personalized here than at other banks and also as though they truly want to assist in hitting financial goals. The store was also well maintained.

My first-time experience was great. Not only was Ms. Gant who helped me with notary service professional, courteous, and punctual, all the bank team members shared the same vibe. I would drive extra to use this branch.

LaKisha assisted me after my checking account was compromised. a priority, walked me through the process, gave me an option to get my debit card quicker and handle it so efficiently that it was quite amazing. I was really upset that my and the perpetrator tried to drain my account, but Chase was right on top of it, and Lakisha helped me immediately. Thank you so much!

Pathetic service. Reserved an appointment for 3:30 in advance and Raquel was utterly unprofessional. She did not care to ask or attend for 35 mins at which point I left. Never experienced such an unprofessional staff at PNC.

I am a new customer who just opened up a checking account yesterday. I was told by Chase customer service to verify my identity in person at a Chase bank location in order to keep the new account. I chose this location due to it being the closest one to my job. This location is soooo unprofessional. I was assisted by a Makayla Wickerson who was constantly on her phone scrolling, taking personal phone calls, constantly leaving her office to go “chat” with other employees while I’m sitting at her desk, picking under her nails with notepad paper, etc.!!! As I stated before, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. What I thought would be a quick process turned into a 1 hour wait. Very disappointed that this had to happen as my first experience as a new customer.
