I always shop around for tire prices before buying. These guys always have the best prices and often suggest tires of equal quality that are priced less. And they don't try to sell other, unnecessary services. When I do need something else, they are always fair and reasonable, often telling me I can wait a bit longer before making a repair/replacement.

Had a persistent air leak in my rear driver's side tire. Made an appointment here and I was out in 30 minutes. $40 for a quick fix and I was good to go, would recommend!

I dropped my car off around 9:30. They pulled it into the shop within 5 minutes. Had it serviced within 2 hours. Reasonable price. Wonderful service. Valuable parts. I love their business and will be going back for all my car needs!

The manager tried to scare me into buying a full set of tires when I only needed one because I had a hole in it from hitting debris. He said "Oh, you're so brave to replace just one tire" as if I were in danger. Creepy sales tactic. I'll never go back.

We have been taking our cars to Telle for a couple years now. Doug is terrific. He keeps us informed and explains our options. We never feeler pressured and they always complete the work in a timely manner.

After the closing of Woodard's car service center we were referred to your store. Made an appointment and took our car I. Today. Now I understand why friend's overwhelmingly recommended your Center. Exceeded my expectation from a customer experience beyond all other car centers. From the appointment to picking up the vehicle it was awesome. Thanks guys - you have won our business.

I was honest when I dropped off my car that I had limited car knowledge. I echo a previous review stating that they will add on charges just to add them on. See the invoice, judge for yourself. If you know cars and therefore can advocate for what you need and don't need, want quick service, a professional "customer service" environment and don't mind paying more than average, I would say go here. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

After buying brand new tires two months ago in Seattle, my tire sensor started going off and I had a slow leak. I always had my kid in the car and it gave me anxiety. Since I'm new to the area and haven't had a great history of tire shops in Seattle, I wasn't looking forward to bringing my car in. I went with Telle and I'm glad I did, turns out my tire sensor was the issue and they replaced it free of charge. They put me at ease and I will be back!

I brought my 2021 Nissan Armada for a new front right tire. While they had the car, they cracked the windshield. I called it in immediately, and was advised that they'd take care of it. I brought the car in today, and they WILL NOT take responsibility. I called it in five minutes after leaving, as soon as I noticed. The manager had already decided they weren't paying - before he looked at the car he asked me "is this the Pathfinder", so although he got the car model wrong, he had been told I was coming in. Very bad service. Take responsibility when you handle people's vehicles.

I had a bolt get lodged in my tire this morning and because Telle was nearby I pulled in to see if they could pull out the bolt and repair my tire. They were able to get me in and out with a tire repair in about a half hour even though they had a full schedule that day. I really appreciate them going out of their way to take care of someone who had last done business with them 25 years ago when I lived in the area. Only $39.95 for the repair.

Tesla service came out to my house on a service call and told me that I was close to needing to replace my tires. I went by Telle to see what they had to say. The salesman disagreed, said that I probably have around another year to go. He also showed me how to determine when it's time and mentioned that by the time I need the tires hopefully the prices will have dropped from their current crazy-high. Needless to say I was favorable impressed and I will continue to give Telle my tire business.

On arrival I asked the charge to remove a nail from my tire. The person behind the counter asked if I was local or passing through. I assumed she didn't hear me because of our use of masks. I didn't realize they were deciding how massively they could overcharge me. Forty dollars to patch a flat is well above the high end of reasonable. I should have repeated my request for the price but this part of the country is not known for people dishonest enough to act in this manner.

I have visited Telle Tire twice now, once for a set of tires and recently for an oil change and brake inspection. I have received excellent advice and high quality service and workmanship on both occasions. I highly recommend.
