Refused to fill a hormone prescription for Hormone Therapy because the pharmacist wanted to know what my diagnosis is and why I was receiving hormone therapy. Even though I was paying cash for my prescription. The tech answering the phone proceeded to lie (her word) to me and then my husband (two different phone calls) about why they couldn't fill the prescription for me. Even blaming Mercy. She ended up calling me 10mins before my husband was to go pick up my prescription to tell me she lied to my husband about it being a insurance cash misunderstanding. So ladies (and I say ladies because my husband has never had issues getting his HRT from Walgreens) with hormone issues steer clear of this pharmacy.

The absolute slowest experience I have ever had means I am regularly in line for at least 20-45 minutes. They need better practices to make people step out of line and return at a later time so that the flow of people can continue. If not that, they need more people working their pharmai. Go elsewhere.

Nothing but headaches since changing to this pharmacy. It took 3.5 hours of waiting to straighten out my prescription for name brand medication and not the generic. Was handed a bottle of the generic 3 times in the same day and had to keep handing it back and waiting while they tried to straighten it out. Now this month, I have been waiting for 2 days for my prescriptions to be ready. Yesterday they said it would be ready today and now they're saying it won't be ready until tomorrow. I am now out of medication and still waiting.

This is a good one Walgreens location. It's located in a small town, but has all the items you expect at a Walgreens. The staff are very friendly and helpful, this Walgreens one stop shopping.

Personel and pharmacist do take time for questions when they are addressed. The pharmacists do have pharmaceutical answers to medication questions and I do not expect a response outside their area of expertise. Sometimes hold times are long, and the majority of the time they are prompt. Perhaps, they could use someone dedicated to answering the phone, and I suspect that is an administrative decision. Any problems I've had have been quickly and easily resolved.

I showed up to pick up a prescription at exactly 1pm that had been called in already after receiving a call from Walgreens. When I got to the drive through the girl told me I would have to come back after 2pm because they were closing in 30 minutes for lunch. I explained to her I lived a 20 minute drive away & was too sick to make another trip back today and she could have absolutely cared less. I asked if there was any way they could just fill it & she refused. I am changing pharmacies IMMEDIATELY as this pharmacy clearly does not care about their customers. I have been a long time customer for YEARS but will never do business here again.

Signed up online to get covid booster shots for my wife and I. My wife is 59, smoked for 43 years and has COPD but the pharmacist refused her citing CDC guidelines. Too bad he didn't follow those guidelines himself talking to customers without a mask. I don't think I will ever use Walgreens in Republic MO ever again!!!

I’ve finally had enough of this branch of Walgreens. The drive thru line is always long. Take a snack, pack a lunch because you will be there for awhile. Levi in the pharmacy is very rude, unprofessional and threatening me over the phone was was highly inappropriate and shouldn’t be tolerated. If he is the face and voice of Walgreens, you people have a huge problem. Customer service is the cheapest most effective form of advertising. If someone has a bad experience they will share and share and share. Same goes for the repeated excellent and caring service at the Walmart by the pharmacy staff here in republic, MO. Also Walmart’s prices are much cheaper !

always messing up on prescriptions I'm sick and tired showing them idiots how to do there job.always I mean always messing prescriptions up
