The absolute worst and most useless automated system I’ve ever had to deal with. 15 minutes on the phone and not once got put in a queue to talk to a real person at 2:30 in the afternoon. Absolutely useless.

This is a great little office, the clerk here is so sweet, and they have great inventory of stamps, even ones that have been sold out of larger offices. Offices such as this are a treasure.

The lady that works here has no idea what is going on and will not actually help you. She just says to go to another city to get your mail or that she “doesn’t” know whats going on.

Multiple times I have scheduled a redelivery of a signature required mail, and they never redeliver it.

I make the extra drive to this location for the service and small town feel. Weird that it is now right beside a huge Amazon warehouse, but guess the times are a changin'.
