Uhaul person-less pickup was a complete nightmare. No clear instructions on where to be and how to get the truck. Trucks were behind a locked gate and nobody knew the code. Return calls were promised and never happened. Lots of wasted time. Card was charged multiple times. The return was a circus too.

After being directed to a facility that doesn't after hours the representative was very helpful and got me a new return facility that weled great

These clowns don't have a place to return moving vehicles after hours. There were several just parked nearby in the street. They should work that out because it sucks leaving it in the street and placing the key in the return box.
