I have used the UPS store in Republic several times for different purposes. I have utilized their shipping services and their shredding services. Every experience has been great. I'm not using them for printing services for my small business. Robyn and her team are always willing to help however they can. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service and love being able to ship on Sundays. Always very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you to the employees at this location for always doing a great job and providing a great service.

Went to this store because I have started shipping with my company daily. Employees were not friendly at all when I told them I just had a drop off. First, they wanted to charge me for tape that was from UPS, that UPS SUPPLIES FOR FREE TO THEM! Then because I needed a reciept she wanted to charge me for that as well. Took my package somewhere else and will never set foot in this location again! Times are hard for everyone but to charge customers for products they get free is just unethical!

The lady that waited on us the last two times is amazingly nice, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The second you walk in the store her amazing smile and eye contact says it all, it made us smile also. Much different experience than I had at our other local shipping store in Republic.

Incompetent.I wanted some large flat rate boxes to ship some items to Oregon. First, I called this location. The automated system sent me to customer service multiple times or hung up on me because I didn’t have a tracking number. I don’t even have boxes yet, how would I have a tracking number?Customer service insisted I had to call the store location to ask about boxes. He couldn’t understand that I did call the exact same number he kept giving me. He could not understand that no human picks up the phone, only a poorly created automated system with greatly limited options.So I drove to the location. They offered me boxes but could not give me flat rate boxes. I asked if UPS does flat rate boxes. She answered yes, but not at this location. She repeated back to me the best option to accomplish what I was trying to do and agreed what I asked for was the best method. I asked her what location does this, she said none of them… so no, UPS does NOT do flat rate boxes. She actually directed me to USPS. Then I explained USPS directed me to UPS.Maybe I’ll have better luck with another shipping company.
