Do not rent from the republic store .very disrespectful manager (Mike) we have ever delt with.ask them to pick up furniture we rented and he said he would pick up unless we paid $100..we rented from other places and never had them say we had to pay anything to be picked up ...if we wanted to pay 100 we would of added another 29 to keep furniture...

Used Tel-A-Rent to purchase and move furniture to my apartment, overall it was a great experience. Wonderful staff that are super helpful & friendly, I highly recommend their products and services :)

I’ve never had issues until recently with the new manager or one of the workers at this store. He cussed, threatened, and was very rude over the phone. He also told us we are not allowed to talk to the owner.

Went in just getting prices on a bed and ended up buying a bed set from the republic store thanks to the enormous amount of help and all my questions were answered. Look forward to buying more there.

The main guy that runs the republic location is very nice and will work with you any way possible.. I have been a customer here for a long time and the manager that works there now is the best manager they have had in a very long time

This used to be a fairly decent place of business however since they've hired Trever I've had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS & RUDE ,POORLY HANDLED ENCOUNTERS. It's stinks that I have to go all the way into the Springfield store to be treated like a human being and to make my payment especially when I used to have all my stuff auto drafted out of my account for convenience and now even that is asking too much! Once my account is paid in full I'll NEVER do business with them again. It shouldn't be such a hassle to do what you're supposed to, especially when you take into consideration that this type of business rarely gets paid in full on their accounts and collections is such a huge part of their day to day...a decent and kind csr should be a priority!
