I had previously had my FJ Cruiser serviced at Car-X, so when a few lights came on my dash, I drove over to request assistance. Neither issue was a major problem as the lights were maintenance required and tire pressure. But, they gladly welcomed me and figured out the problem, fixed it and made sure all four tires were inflated equally. This took about 10 minutes, without an appointment, and they did not charge me anything!

Very fare. Helped us when traveling to Springfield and it was about his closing time. If it was closer would be using there for all our tire needs.

I will preface this with I hate leaving bad reviews; however, the service was so poor and I highly recommend the service department at Pinegar Chevrolet of Republic due to this whole experience.
I purchased a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Carvana. Almost immediately I discovered a loud clicking noise and that the heat did not work. I had to take my vehicle to a “preferred in network repair facility” per Carvana’s warranty agreement (Car-X {Sawyer Tire} was on the list). I initially brought the vehicle to Sawyer Tire in Republic. I had to call multiple times only to get several different run a rounds. Finally, after several calls and a week later, I was told they fired the only person qualified to do a job as big as what my vehicle needed. It was diagnosed as the vent actuator and would be an extremely time consuming job. The diagnosis and claim was never called into the warranty company (SilverRock) and never initiated.
The manager of Sawyer Tire then called the willard shop (Car-X) manager and told him he was sending me to them.
I brought the vehicle to the Willard location and the vehicle was there for 15 days July 29th- August 12th) without a claim being called into Silverrock despite several calls on my part to the repair facility. After it was finally called in and approved, I continued to hear no updates and every call yielded the same run around. Ultimately this facility claimed to not have the time or personnel to repair the vehicle either (after it sat there for 17 days). I picked it up Aug 14th with Car-X reassuring me they would contact SilverRock and let them know they recommend a dealership because they can’t do the job (per Carvana’s stipulations of the warranty because it would be an “out of network repair facility”). After several calls and attempts for them to contact SilverRock so I could get it repaired somewhere else, SilverRock stated they would reach out since Car-X had not.
On September 10th I received information (from SilverRock, not Car-X) that I could take the vehicle to a Chevy dealership to get it repaired due to the “in network facility’s” inability to fix the issues. Pinegar Chevrolet of Republic was a wonderful experience. Their communication and timely repair was a relief after months of frustration from Car-X and Sawyer Tire.

100/10 ⭐️ I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable tire shop that prioritizes great customer satisfaction!! This establishment is my go-to place for all my tire needs and even brake repairs. Great pricing and they’re quick to help a customer!

I stopped by on my way home
I live n fair Grove mo
My tire kept going down
Found out it was my valve was bad
Thank goodness they was still open
I was worried I wasn't going to make it home
Thank u from the bottom of my heart
If I ever need anything else done with my car tire I will gladly stop back by and have them do my tires.

Why would your service personal make an appointment a week ahead of time for a Safty inspection knowing you don't have any one that has that capability????

Eric and the guys there were as fast as they could be and kept me updated on where they were at with my car. Even though I thought I needed an alignment, after checking and seeing it didn't, they didn't charge me for it. Great people and good service!!

To much under the table work. Not enough honesty with customers. Way to much sketchy stuff going. And it take 4 days to do a simple oil change.

This is worst I've ever been treated by any tire service. Incompetent staff, incorrect estimates of labor, and generally an uninviting place. I recommend literally anywhere else but here. I would rather drive to California for new tires than return to this joke of an establishment.

They had my car in the shop for 3 days only doing spark plugs and stuff and they beat my car up I have huge dents and a bunch of scratches and on top of that my car runs worse than it did before they had it in their shop. Please feel free to make it right Sawer Tire

Showed up for scheduled appointment and was told I didn't have one. Was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. This was scheduled yesterday by phone with employee. Also, person working front desk criticizes the tires carried by them as well as the tire brand owned by your company.
