The only time I ever go to Lowe's is when I have a lot of time to waste. Getting an associate to help you is impossible. That is not just this Lowe's that is every Lowe's.

Do not buy your appliances from this lows they will lie to you they will have you buy a warranty that does not work because if you don't use your Lowe's credit card and call and complain about an issue within 3 days it has to be through the manufacturer even though you bought the warranty now if you use your own debit card you only have 24 hours to file a complaint give me a break so that's what I'm doing now I'm stuck with the dishwasher that doesn't work with a warranty that I purchased and I'm going round and round with lows because they want me to go through the menu factor Give me a break I have never been given such a run around with so many stupid excuses and I spent so much money on something that has no value whatsoever go somewhere else Do not buy your appliances from Lowe's you have been warned!!!!!!!

My grandfather came home praising how much he loved the customer service he recieved from Gabe, asked if he needed help, asked his opinion and helped him load what he needed. He loved the way he was treated and overall a good experience and he hasn’t had great customer service in a while from there. But he’ll definitely be asking for Gabe next time he stops in !

Customer service really great. I appreciate Olivia in the garden center for offering me a water while waiting to get my flat tire fixed in their parking lot. Also had a couple of really great workers over in the forklift area who also took time to make sure I was okay while waiting. Of course always love the experience of shopping at our local Lowe's

Attempted to return $12.46 of roller trays due to incorrect size. I did not have the receipt or the card they were purchased on. Would not offer store credit even though I was there to pickup up additional supplies. I told them just to keep them. I did have to purchase 2 gallons of paint.....color match from previous day but left and purchased $300 + more from Menards. Such a shame that a company with 86 billion dollars of yearly revenue lost a customer forever over 12 dollars.
