I just spoke with Jen for billing support. She was FANTASTIC! So nice and helpful. I was dreading calling and having to talk to a robot, but she answered the phone quickly and worked with me to get the answers I needed.

So I have not been the biggest fan of Cable America. My internet experience has not always been the best, not horrible, but not the best. However, yesterday, some representatives from them came to my house (including D.J. Christlieb) and informed me that it looks like I have a loose cable in my house that is causing some issues with my internet connection. I had never formerly complained to the company; this is something they did on their own. Turns out I did have some loose cables. I got them tightened and it fixed the problem. I really appreciated this gesture, and furthermore, the team explained to me that they are also looking into some new changes to the infrastructure that should increase my internet performance and dramatically reduce downtimes. If this is true, I look forward to it. We'll see what happens in the future, but this was a good start.

I've been a customer of CableAmerica for close to 15 years. We have not always had the best, most reliable Internet service, but we can always count on TJ Steinert and the local service team to help us as best they can. CableAmerica should continue to make capital improvements in the Republic area so residents can count on 99.9% uptime. Individuals working from home need that reliability.

TJ and Barry stopped by as we showed up as a house that wasn’t getting the full benefit of our internet speeds. We had some minor drops in service over the past few weeks, but nothing out of the ordinary. They tested and reworked our connections and we are running faster than before. It’s awesome to see a company proactively working on issues instead of waiting until it’s a true problem. The service was great and very much appreciated.

I have had service with CableAmerica since they launched internet. Over the many years I've increased my speeds to suit my families needs. We now have the 1 Gig service and it works great! My wife works from home and has no issues with the connection. I recommend their service to anyone in the Republic and Clever areas

First I want to say, don’t waste your time and money with any other company because this is where you need to be! We’ve lived in clever for 5 years and have suffered with far below average internet while paying out the butt for it. I met TJ through my place of employment and have had small chats here and there about our service. I told him we can’t get cable America where I live and he proved me wrong. He gave me the information I needed and sure enough, within a week we had service hooked up! It’s so fast and it’s been extremely reliable!Every single person I spoke with was very helpful. Every detail of the price, the service itself and details of the hook up process were explained well enough I didn’t even have any questions. I can’t express how thankful my whole family is for TJ and this company. I refer everyone I can to Cable America and will never change service!

We have had CA’s 1gig (when first launched) and it was not reliable. Possibly just not optimized for the loads?? I don’t know, but we switched to a lower tier and have had the absolute best experience since. We can have 3-4 devices streaming without any issue. We have used CA for many years. In the past, I would have agreed with other reviewers about constant drops in service, but competitors were no better (in our area at least). For my experience, I would like to give them some due recognition.

When cancelling their service, they charge for a full month of service, not from your date of removal of service. They prorated when I started, there is no reason they can't prorate when I cancel my service. First business I have ever dealt with that keeps charging you, after you cancel a service. ABSOLUTE BS!

Awful and I mean down right awful service in the republic area.I have filed complaints with the BBB, once got a $100 voucher towards a bill.Other then that they have been out to my place idk how many timesI’ve changed my equipment to be up to date with the latest updates and docs 3.1. Still no changeOutages, speed changes ranging from 200-500 MBPS if you have a 1 GB plan, sometimes it comes to a crawl in the middle of the day when everyone is at work(non peak hours)But because there isn’t any other than them and ATT. I’m forced to use them.
