It was close to being totaled with all the damage but I worked with Kirk's to stay within my budget. They went above and beyond! I was so impressed that they were able get the back hatch replaced and pull out all the dents. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.”

“It's been a while since I came here, but Rod's service still stands out in my mind. The first time I took a vehicle to him, the issue ended up being related to the spark plugs. He quickly diagnosed and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. The second time I took a vehicle to Rod, we had already spent over $2,000 on diagnostic fees and repairs that didn't fix the issue at a different shop my husband has taken our truck to. We finally gave up on that shop and went back to Rod, and once again he quickly and CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a simple and not expensive repair. This guy is truly a gem. Also, he keeps his shop clean and tidy, which to me says something about how his brain works as well as his professionalism.”

“I had a wheel bearing go bad on my truck and I had it scheduled to take it to a different shop but it was so bad I couldn't make it there so I pulled it into A1 custom car care and hoped they'd have availability,they got it fixed the very next morning and even tightened up some bolts that were loose underneath the truck without me even asking,I'm very impressed with this shop and grateful and they will have my business going forward?”

“Outstanding service. Bought a car. Two days later the car had some trouble. They took it back and made the repairs. The next day, the car wouldn't start. They took it back again and replaced defective parts. So they took it back twice, and made all the necessary repairs at no cost to me. Thank you so much for your service!”
“I had previously had my FJ Cruiser serviced at Car-X, so when a few lights came on my dash, I drove over to request assistance. Neither issue was a major problem as the lights were maintenance required and tire pressure. But, they gladly welcomed me and figured out the problem, fixed it and made sure all four tires were inflated equally. This took about 10 minutes, without an appointment, and they did not charge me anything!
