I have a voicemail from your manager with very fowl language and even saying you were going to pay for half the repair. If you would like to listen to this, and see my phone records of how many weeks I tried to contact them, I can easily and happily turn this over to you. The fact is I bought a 2010 Explorer from you, and less than 2,000 miles I had to replace the entire engine. With NO assistance form your company, sales staff, or your extended warranty company. I realize every story has 2 sides, but I would love to provide you the NASTY voicemail, and my phone records so you can see how one of your customers was neglected.

I Just bought a car from Ron and Lori! It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They stayed past hours so my husband and I could test drive a vehicle. We did end up purchasing the vehicle.

I turn 30 this year and I wanted to drive something new and “grown up”. I had drove my last car for 8 years... it was time for a new car. We had been searching for a little while and just never found the right one. The moment we found affordable auto we knew we were in the right place. Everyone we met was super nice until John. John is the most relatable and real person we have ever dealt with at a car dealership. John worked extremely hard to get me in my dream car for under my budget. We are proud of our new car and happy with a new friendship!

I bought my fusion from this company and the process was very pleasant. I had an emergency where I needed a car asap and they were extremely helpful and more than willing to help in any way they could. I had a very nice first car buying experience. They even help when my engine light came on. It ended up being something minor and didnt evem charge me to correct it. I would recommend them to anyone who keeps a car and doesnt want to be pressured into buying just any car. Thank you for all your help
