I get amazing package delivery service from FDX, UPS, Amazon, DHL...all professionals and they know their business is delivery. I get what I ordered when they have it. The Reeds Spring Post Office, NOPE! They make a thousand excuses NOT to deliver your packages. Their carriers just whine, cry and lie on their delivery notices. I have been here 10 years and average 4 different carriers a year. Grow up, do your job.

I’ve called and personally asked them to leave my packages at the door and not in the main office of the building, since last time, the package was stolen. They did not listen and yet again left the packages open and vulnerable in the main office. ??♀️

The folks here are super nice, we enjoy seeing them each time we come in. We mail packaged twice weekly, it's always been a great experience!

Why are they not wearing masks?!? Is there not a federal mandate for all federal employees, contractors and buildings? If they don't take this seriously how are we suppose to stay safe? I was exposed and had to quarantine for 14 days, the person I was exposed to died! Can't even go into the post office. When I put my packages out at the mail box the tracking isn't even entered here locally which it is suppose to be. It ends up days later being put entered in by another facility. Really bad service.

0 stars, Reeds Springs has the worst post office service I have ever seen. Packages from there are always damaged and they are incredibly rude. I wish they would get rid of the whole staff!!

I've lived in reeds for 23 years and the post office has always done a great job handling my packages and making sure I get them in a good amount of time. Great job ??

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The employees are incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We spent 1k on a stone mailbox and the lazy worker that delivers mail in our subdivision won't deliver to our address because it's on the "wrong side" of the road... when she drives up and down the road already. We had a large item shipped and instead of getting out of the vehicle and placing the package on our front porch, they sent the item back. UNBELIEVABLE.
