Frequently closed due to short staffing. Drive thru is hardly ever open. It is very inconvenient for disabled customers needing to pick up scripts. Prescriptions aren't always ready when you receive notice that they are. Prescriptions take days to fill. Does not answer phone. Very poor communication. Staff is stressed and rude.
Why do I have scripts filled here? Idk. Have for years. Thought this was a rough patch for them, but it's been like this for almost a year with no end in sight.

Attempted to call today, sat on hold for an hour, and no one ever answered. I needed one of my medications today and can not get a hold of anyone there. The drive-through is regularly closed, and there is a sign directing you inside--where there is a 10+ person line. Update: I have transferred my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy and am having a far better experience. I do not recommend anyone use Walgreens Pharmacy.

I have no idea how this store stays open! The pharmacy is so disorganized and never ever has any prescriptions ready after they call and say there ready for pickup. I have shopped there for 7 years but never again!!!

This store never has staff, messes up Rxs like that’s what they are hired to do and usually have an attitude and are horrible to deal with. They never answer phones and are just all around terrible.

I don’t even know why the pharmacy has a phone because they never answer it. I guess it’s there for decoration to look like it’s a smooth operation but for them it’s there to ignore. 10/6/2023 1:05pm shift.

The store was supposed to open at 8 am I arrived like 6 minutes till 9. The doors were locked and no employees were to be found. Another lady called the store and thats when Jamal came to open the doors for us (4 people). He greeted us and said sorry, I believe he was talking with the manager on the phone. Sounds like Jamal was called in on his day off and had to open the store, so not his fault the store wan't open on time. Jamal did everything with a smile and made me feel welcome. I may have only printed one little picture, but I was in and hour the door. I might have to make this my new store if all the employees are as great as him.
