horrible customer service, literally take forever to fill 2 meds for me. had to come back the next day due to it “not being ready”.pharmacy tech person was very rude

tThroughout 2023 the drive-thru is only sporadically open, don't know until you drive up and see the small sign in the window -- result is often 10-15 people in line insideDon't call in to speak to pharmacist -- you will be on hold a minimum of 15 minutes and are often cut off.All my meds now seem to be located in Liberty, so must be trucked in and are not on-site, which means a 1-2 day delay in arrival -- and no option to provide a few days supply, in case the doctor refill authorization is delayed.A diabetic med I use is not kept on site, so was coming from Liberty. Was off med for a week before it arrived.I have debated moving my prescriptions for several years -- no more debate after poor service encountered this fall, as well as the argumentative communication from a pharmacy mgr.

These people don't seem to care for their customers at all. I went in for a vaccine appointment and was told they were out of the Covid vaccine. They were very dismissive of me. Appointments should not be allowed to be made until the store has what it needs to fulfill them. I won't be returning to this store for anything. Hy-Vee and CVS are more accommodating and efficient.

Does anybody know what's going on at the pharmacy in Walgreens has a sign in the Drive-Thru saying staffing shortages the app is saying to pick a different location. The people in the front of the store have no idea what's going on back there or when it will reopen. I wonder how hard it is to switch over to CVS.

Can't say I am impressed. Showed up around 9:00PM (open until 10:00) and saw this note. Very indicative of Raytown in general, but it's disappointing to drive all the way to a store to see it's closed with a couple of construction paper signs.

Lacey is very rude that works in the pharmacy she didn't answer my question and she didn't help me at all I will be calling the corporate office she was very rude I will be taking this up with HR so thank you Lacey.

Best Walgreens pharmacy Ive been to yet in KC Metro Area. Well staffed. Clean and modern. Knowledgeable Pharmacist. I got an uncommon vax here completed, insured and with a genuine concern for my health. ?

I was very pleased with Walgreens on 350 hwy yesterday. Pharmacy Manager Mr. Husain was so kind and caring. My wife and I can in for our flu shots. He was so busy as most pharmacists are but took the time with us to answer our questions. Thank you!

I went in to load a card and the clerk said they don't load cards after 7pm which is not a company policy. I have loaded my card at other Walgreens with no issue. They even told me I can go to their competitor CVS and get it loaded but they would not do it!

Was in the store this evening to buy something then found they were card only asked associate on duty was told due to a national coin shortage. I work in retail surprised to hear this. This store is located in an area that not everyone has a credit card nor atm card.

We have waited for 45 mins for a prescription in the drive thru. Then it took an additional 15 mins to even get back with us for a total... they asked the wrong person to verify our address... not a good experience at all!
