I used to really like this place, I could get a tobacco flavor in 12/16 mg strength, not anymore. If you are seriously trying to quit smoking this place will not have juice strong enough for you to be successful. It’s a shame, I really liked the place and the guys at one point.

I was in there on March 2 at about 345 very obviously had my ID in my hand showed it to the guy he had to take it and look really closely I guess sorry he didn’t scan itLike it says on the door I had my ID in my hand even though I’m 26.I asked if they had adapters for glass so you could use 18 to 18 male adapter.The answer was a pretty rude no what else do you want.Then because I had a couple extra bucks in my pocket and genuinely wanted a number of the delta 9 THC edibles they sell I inquired about the fact that the THC milligrams marked on the bar versus the THC value that was marked on the nutritional facts was not the same at allI thought it was odd they were different.He looked at a completely different bar told me there’s no THC information on the back of this didn’t really poor tone for a salesman at the very least.I can tell you for a fact that the savage chocolate bar dark chocolate says it has 150 mg of THC on the front of the box it then tells you that there are 12 pieces with 25 mg of THC per piece that’s not math.The sticker on the front says a different thing, seemed like a reasonable question.The markings on the back of the bar would indicate that it is illegal and has more THC than it can.There is however a temporary sticker on the front so it seemed like a valid question to me not one that you should be treated negatively about.I’m a semi-regular customer of816 so are a number of my friends.I will not be back look at the owner’s response not very professional.

staff is super kind and polite. the gentleman in the electric wheelchair (sorry if that is incorrect terminology!) was SO knowledgeable and had SUCH a great attitude!! no sales pushing. honest feedback. suggestive selling. just all round really excellent shop. thank you guys!

love it every time i come in. friendly convos all around but they don't keep you long! they always suggest products, but dont try to make you buy things you don't want to which has happened at a lot of shops i've been to. if you tell them your price range and preferences, they ALWAYS got you covered.

The owner and staff are fantastic down to earth people. I get anxiety over making decisions, but they are chill and never seem to mind my indecisiveness. This is the only vape shop I ever go to anymore as they have everything I want at good prices. Their loyalty rewards program is great too.

I normally am so standoffish about vape shops. Most of them I visit have people standing around talking or they staff members are not knowledgeable about the products but this shop blew me away.. no pun intended lol ? the owner was so informative and offered insight to my questions. They have a great rewards program and the prices are exceptional compared to other shops. They have a huge variety of products including some of the best incense, ash trays, blunt effects, juices, pre-rolls, vape pods, shirts and so much more. This is definitely my favorite shop I will continue to visit every time I need supplies or just want to find unique things at. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Great little vape shop. Good deals, yet not many people know of this place. Staff is great, and willing to listen, and advise. If you are into vaping. They do not try and push you I to buying anything, until you get the information, that you ask for first.

Colton was so knowledgeable and patient! He made me feel so welcome that I came back 2 days later. This time met the manager Justin who was even more amazing! Lots of products, clean environment, and honest people. Love this place!
