Did NOT like this place! Workers were very immature acting and I didn't like them under my hood. All they did was laugh and cut up and were sloppy. None of them looked educated in the field beyond an oil change, yet they try to upsale. What a joke! Go anywhere but here. I couldn't leave fast enough. Only good thing is I found a $25 off coupon online to use so it only cost $60.Edit: I asked them to check all my fluids and they marked it all OK-- 1 day later I had a Power Steering leak and 0 Power Steering fluid!!! Now I have to pay to get my Power Steering fixed! Coincidence? I think NOT!! Run--- do not walk away from Valvoline!!!

DON’T DO ITNot a good place to get your oil changed. They changed my oil and broke the drain plug off in the oil pan. Told me take it to get it repaired. So I did, filed a claim then they claimed they couldn’t find the Area Manager to approve it. So my car is being held hostage until they can get it approved.I have been waiting for hours with them trying to get the area manager to approve the claim, which only takes 15 minutes. But of course he has been in a meeting All Day. The place that has my is closing soon and still no call back from Valvoline. I will never patronize Valvoline or its sister companies again.To fact check me visit the BBB WEBSITE and read all of the complaints with the same issues.Beware, You Have Been Warned !!!!!!!!!It just got approved at exactly 5:00pm, but of course the shop closes at 5:00pm. And it’s rush hour traffic headed that way and it takes me 30 minutes to get there. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT

Don’t go to get an oil change. I brought my newly purchased bmw there for an oil change. One of there techs forgot to put the head unit back in the oil filter which they admitted to having on camera. I called to make a claim after paying to fix the problems to my vehicle due to valvoline mistake out of my pocket. The are manager Jose is the worst he doesn’t answer the phone he doesn’t call back he has attitude when you finally do hear from him. All said I will never return there worst experience I ever had with a business In my 30 years of living

The short: this company couldn’t give a damn less that their employees show up when they feel like it, and do nothing to remedy their problem. Rest assured, there is absolutely no management or oversight at this location, so spending any amount of time or effort in trying to get them to correct their ongoing problem is pointless.Showed up an hour after their scheduled start time, four cars in line. After forty minutes, not a soul in sight working, but employees continue to walk about in side. I called the customer service line, she asks me to hold so she can call the store. She finally returns and verifies that the store is opening late because most of the employees didn’t show up/ or show up on time.Her grand solution is to offer to send me a coupon. Said coupon arrived and is a blank text message with a hyperlink that leads to a barcode - no explanation of what the coupon is for, not a literal letter of text - just a barcode. I guess I’m supposed to figure out when the store is actually open for business and drop by to figure out what this random bar code might be?How they are making any profit is beyond anyone’s comprehension. They can’t get anyone to show up to work, and customer service isn’t part of their business plan. Better check when the lease runs out, because this operation isn’t sustainable as is.

Yesterday, January 31st, I get to this location at 7:25am EXACTLY…no one here. So I decided to wait. Then at 7:41am, STILL NO ONE HERE. I decided to call and when the receptionist answered the phone, she confirmed with me that there are supposed to be people there right now, but no one has even clocked in!!! So basically, NO ONE DECIDED TO COME TO WORK ON TIME!!!Then today, February 1st, I pulled up to this again but at 7:38…same thing, no one here!!! How is this even remotely acceptable or professional?!?!

I got my oil changed at 6pm, the end of the work day for these folks. One of the managers, Charles, gave great service tonight and he said he had to open the store, so he’d been there for more than 11 hours already! Fast and friendly, which was a great experience!

Was told I could not leave while they changed the oil in my truck. I asked why and was told they had nowhere to put it. (They have a parking area beside the building that had no cars parked in it). As I walked off, someone under in the shop made a condescending remark as I walked off. I’ve never heard of not being able to leave your vehicle and come back when it’s done.

Done with this place. 1st time, wait 20 min and 3 cars back so I leave. I let it go since they were busy. 2nd time, wait 20 min with one car in front and get the oil change. They somehow triggered a warning light and couldn’t get it off. They said it was air in the system and it was fixed and would go off eventually. Not true and it’s still on. I give it one more shot (today) and there’s one car in the garage in each lane and one car behind each garage, and the guy tells me the one on the right is about to leave. I wait 25 minutes and not a single car is moved!! Meanwhile, 3 of their guys all take a smoke break at the same time rather than staggering them and completely letting common sense escape them. So I’m guessing the car in the garage had to have been in there 35-40 min based on what I was told, and I still had another car in front of me. So, obviously I left and will not be returning.
