“A one star is way too good for this used car lot. Jonathan was the salesman and apparently the manager there also. He sold a 2013 Nissan Maxima to my son. His very first car. He just turned 16. After buying it, the same evening I took it around 5 miles and started seeing s huge cloud of smoke when the car accelerated. Not to mention the horrid sound coming from the rear end. I returned the car less then 24 hours from purchase. Jonathan said he would have his mechanic look at it. After the third day I finally reached him again. He told me the engine was blown and he could have his mechanic replace it for another 850 bucks. When I told him I just wanted the money back, Johnathan refused stating “ I wasn’t going to bully him and that if I could return the car, which clearly was not an option that it would then affect his pocket and food for his family.” Please… but it’s okay to take from a 16 yr old kid. I was not about to give that man one more dime of anybody’s money. I then took the car to a mechanic of my choice, where I was told it was missing more than one lug nut from one of the wheels, causing it to make the noise. It would need four new tires, alignment and the lug nuts had to be ordered so the new tires and wheels would stay on the car. My son could have been hurt if his wheel would have come off on the way home from that rip off of a dealership. Almost 1000 more dollars later the car was atleast safe to drive. It lasted another week before quitting all together. It continued to blow smoke out and stared rattling like there wasn’t oil in it. But there was an oil change done when we bought the new tires. It’s been over a month and still haven’t received the title. I would bet Jonathan won’t be willing to pay the title and registration penalty either. The phone to dealership just rings and rings and sometimes an answering machine picks up. Not often. This car was inspected by the dealerships mechanic and passed with all the problems with the wheels and tires and the start time on the inspection slip was less then 10 minutes before the end time. That’s an illegal inspection if I’ve ever heard of one. Stay away from this car lot or be prepared to throw your money out the window. Jonathon is a creep and the owners must not care about the negative reviews this guy gets.”

Update: 2 years later still 5 stars. Myra is the best. The first car I got from here went out on me (nothing to do with them) and Myra made it a mission to get me in something better. Not too mention its a huge upgrade from what I first had. Myra makes sure you leave with something and will do everything in her power so that you can!! Especially something that you like! Thank you so much. I couldn’t be more happier with my new car especially because I was unsure how everything would go. She was determined to help me out and get me taken care of 2 years ago and it was still the same yesterday. The manager was great as well. Thanks so much. They definitely have a customer that will continue returning!”
