The employees that work here have always been kind and courteous even when I walk in stressed and messy ?. They are truly amazing individuals personally. They stand out above and beyond any bank I've ever been a part of. This is what makes the difference in a bank for me personally . Fast, friendly service. I go to this location when I can, despite there being plenty of other locations, because the people are excellent. The people working there seem to take their jobs very seriously and truly be there to give the customers the best possible service. They are professional and efficient. You are in and out quickly. Even on peak times like after work or the drive through on Saturdays.

Don’t bother going in unless you want to be accused of stealing money from a deposit. I will never return to this location and will only be going to Lees Summit from now on.

Don't bother going in if you actually want to close an account or get your money. Friday we had amazing service, today the woman had an attitude of I'm not going to listen, try to help, or do any amount of work to resolve the issue. Never doing business with a umb no matter how high the interest rates are!
