Amanda is the best employee here. I went in and she welcomed me with the best smile! she’s so sweet and intelligent. She went above and beyond for me, everything she said was right on my bill is exactly the amount she said it would be and I’m super happy with my results!

This place does not even deserve ONE STAR! We normally buy all of phones from Best Buy, but since they are no longer dealing with T-mobile we were forced to come into the store to get a new phone when my husband broke his. The Associate Amanda assisted us and said we could add a line and get an $800 credit, or we could pay $30 a month for the new phone. We chose the $30 a month option. She also informed us it came with a free watch. We have to pay to active both the phone and the watch. I get an email about the watch promotion, but when I check our account, it shows the phone is now $50 a month! I then return to this retail store the next day thinking Amanda just forgot to give us the promotion, no Amanda then states she made a mistake and that her manager Brian would take care of me. Brian did nothing but give me an email to a district manager David Naas, whom I emailed several times, and he NEVER replied! NOW I get my bill and the FREE watch is $40 a month, because Amanda added a phone line to account for it! DO NOT trust a word any of the associates at this location tell you! It was a costly mistake for us!

Wish I could give no stars. I walked in and 2 people are “working” , no one acknowledged me or the 4 people that walked in after me,We were pretty well ignored. There is no system for taking a number so you know who is next. Even a simple Hi, we will be with you as soon as possible would be appreciated!

Smh worst Sevice ever Brittny was amazing but now my bill is 300$ when it should only be 150$ other manger worst. Wish I got the help I needed? Still no help as of today.

The waiting time to receive service for me was over a Hour. Only 3 reps were working, but 1 rep/ young man at the 350 hwy locations was going fast as he could. But once I was able to be next a young man by the name of Steve, I think. Was very helpful & solved my phone problem . Whew!! What a relief. Thank you.

Amanda my angle she went beyond excellent her personality working skills beyond able to help out help out and still focus on me speaking Spanish she is well equipped in what she knows person wise she is an asset to this company big blessing 10 dollar raise if you can give that to her I advise to keep her for customers like me who dont have a clue in my book she's number 1 thank you took us 2 hours and she was still willing to help your loyal customer for 10 years

Courteous, and reliable. Customer for over 20 yrs. They are slow though, in exchange for getting the problem solved right. Bring something to eat and drink, it's gonna be a while!

Would be a Zero if possible. At one point during my visit there were 3 customers and 1 CSR and we were all doing nothing. The CSR coldn't help ANY of us...Had to wait 30+ minutes to be told I couldn't purchase a phone because I wasn't an account and All i wanted was a phone, no sim card. They were so much better when they were Sprint and Sprint was horrible.

Horrible customer service sat forever before being asked if I checked in just to wait 30 minutes to pay a bill the Lee Summit and Colburn one was so much better and in and out but unfortunately they closed ?

Wouldn't help us because we are apparently still "legacy sprint customers" and they can't see us on their iPads. Glad we are cancelling service. Not good enough.

Rodney was extremely helpful, thank him for the star! But don't bother with the call center. The call center supervisor, John D., lied about calling us back. He made promises that we have recorded. I was back and forth on hold for over 50 minutes and requested to speak with a supervisor no less then four times. One of the call center people input our information incorrectly over the phone and inconvenienced a disabled veteran for one of THEIR employees mistakes. The call center is a joke, the "perks" offered by T-Mobile are laughable and the call center is about as useful as a boat with a hole in it. This company has NO business calling themselves a competitor, let alone a "leader" in any industry.
