I’ve been coming here for years but the past couple years has been terrible. Each time I’ve came I’ve had to have my nails redone because a few of the nail techs have no idea what they’re doing! Doing a rush job, not paying attention to detail. I recently had my toes and nails done. The tech did a horrible paint job. When pointing out how my nails were shaped unevenly and there was a large bubble of paint on one finger the tech had an attitude and told me she doesn’t see it. Won’t be going back.

I've been here twice to get a dip for my nails. Each time they are breaking off by the next day. There is something wrong with the product that they use because this never happens anywhere else. When I called them to request a refund, they argued with me and refused to give me my money back even though I was just there the day before. I wouldn't take my dog here for a simple polish. I wish there was a 0 star because that's what they would get for quality and customer service .

Honestly all the nail techs here do a horrible job. They rush from start to finish. 7 of My Gel acrylic nails looked like a needed a fill, I had already corrected the lady several times so I just didn’t tip and left, I’ll never be back. There is no way they been doing nails as long as they have and think they are doing a good job. They simply don’t care. and it seems they only do a good job on their personal regulars

This place is unprofessional and the staff is extremely rude. They are not honest on the time that you will be waiting and if they don’t want to service you without a legitimate reason they will keep you waiting. Save your time and go elsewhere.

This place is TERRIBLE and they don’t care about their customers at ALLLLLL. Black women please stop spending your hard earned money at these kinds of establishments. I set appointments would come in to see Lena and she disregarded me 3 times in a row. When I stated I’d never come back she did nothing to accommodate just laughed it off and said “ok honey”…

I have had my nails done twice at this place. 1st time my nails were awesome, I honestly loved them. But the last time which was a week ago, my nails look disgusting and I feel like I was ripped off.

Peter is the worst one , he talk to much and then quiet ones will humble you!
The 1st two ladies are nice enough they might not like us .. our money spends . Service is terrible every time they act so jealous it’s sad . They talk about us in their language about us but we winning !

I absolutely love going here. Lena in my primary nail tech she's amazing and very nice. Peter is great on pedicures I've heard he's great on nails as well. Definitely my #1 go to.
