“I recently moved from Raytown to the Northland. While I had arranged for my mail to be forwarded, my brother shipped a birthday present to my former address by mistake. After speaking with the new tenants, I believed the package to have been lost or stolen. I went to the Raytown Post Office to confirm. To my surprise and delight, Kyle—the most amazing mail carrier in the land—took the initiative to collect the package from the mailbox and return it to the post office. Thanks to him—and to Taylor who tracked down the package minutes before five and arranged for it to be forwarded—my brother’s gift will soon arrive at my new home. I’m so grateful!”

“I have had a mailbox here for multiple years now. Always friendly and helpful. if they aren't slammed when I walk in the door, someone at the desk "Box ***" and someone in the back already has my mail. They are always willing to answer questions, and if they don't know they find the one who does. Based on what I have walked into a few times I am sure some of these low star reviews are from people that came in, and started to get irate over UPS shipping rules/policy, or they just had a foul attitude and were told to come back when they fixed it. Remember folks the customer is always right...In matters of taste. These folks are here to work and go home. Don't shoot the messengers, they control rules and policy as much as we do. If you are having a bad day take a deep breath...you don't have to smile, but it's not their fault.”
“This place was so convenient and Emily went above and beyond to assist me and get me altogether. I’m a Travel RN from Florida and needed to ship some boxes and luggage home to Florida as I am without my car. I had 5 boxes, 2 book bags and 5 tote bags. I was even able to weigh and measure my suitcases for the airport. She also kept me from going to 2 other businesses. I didn’t even feel bad about spending the money. It was worth it and I met a really nice lady. She definitely provided exceptional customer service. I’m thankful!”

“I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.
This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.
They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.”

“Best Post Office experience ever! I had a mass mailing of 200+ items that was rudely turned away at another PO. The NE Rice team helped me problem-solve, and working together we had it done within an hour. I experienced nothing but positive attitudes and hardworking collaboration from this staff.”
“Nice people, fast loading, had to blind side back a 53' trailer into the dock. Parking spaces are opposite the docks for cars that were in the way. Once in the dock the nose of your semi will block the drive.”

“We went "walk in" to get Passport renewed for my daughter, All post offices in Bay Area need Appointment, we had filled online application, he did a great job to complete our process within 10 minutes. Customers/applicants please fill your online application, have photos & copies of documents for expedite the process.Carry debit card, cheque or cash. Hope this helps.BTW for adult applicants who doesn't have appointments, please visit post office on Lawrence & Arques, They allow walk-ins . Thank you.”
