“I got an update to my watch. Julian helped me through the process last week and I wanted to say how grateful I am for T-Mobile employees like Julian and for the excellent training that you provide for them.”

“1st and foremost!! "Mocha" was such a pleasure to do business with! We walked into the store, said what we were looking for (new service), and was out the door with everything we needed in 15 minutes TOPS! I would highly suggest looking into this location for very reasonably priced products and services! You can be confident in knowing that they seek to provide you with the best plan/service for you, the process is seamless, and the staff is amazing! We are very happy with our decision to use them for our daughter's 1st phone! Thank you Mocha!!!”

“BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!My wife and I were looking inistally to get boost mobile. We walked in that store with customers standing around counter waiting. But, I had noticed the cricket store location a few doors down in same strip mall. So, we ran for it, over to the cricket. Shi Alyn greeted us with the most warmest smile right before greeting us. She was attentive, amazing, informative and helpful. Everything you could ever ask from a sales person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Very helpful staff. Many have been there for years, and take the time to greet you like a friend and treat you like family. The store is usually well stocked in every department. I would have given this store 5 stars, except for the fact that slowly the checkers have been replaced by machines (which is refuse to use) and there are usually only 2 registers open in the evenings, and the wait can be tedious. *Walmart, if you're reading this... Your strength has always been your staff. Less machines and more real humans at the checkout would be great.”
