I normally love this place but they are losing me as a contractor soon. I’m understanding when I company needs to make some upgrades but as a foundation repair specialist I rely on this company for products to be delivered. In order to complete projects on my schedule. Being in able to order materials is absolutely killing me right now and setting me behind and upsetting home owners. I’m so far behind due to the entire shipping department being down for several weeks which is not good business. You should still have some way of allowing for deliveries while making your upgrades. I’m a big shopper here but this will soon end. I’m giving a 2 star due to the first year of use with this company being very good but this is now truly hurting my business and I will be forced to go somewhere else for all my needs to stay on track.Updating this due to a very fast response and fix to my issues and getting us back up and ordering! Thank you Scott for your fast response and help!

Super nice people. Very helpful. Helped this novice get everything I needed for two wall braces and to fill 40 feet of foundation cracks in the basement after getting ripped off by a contractor. They answered any question that I had.

Don't expect them to have what is online. Also their price was almost double when I got to their location to buy it.

Cool guys,great selection ,but when I buy there urethane hydrophilic crack injection foam it is sooooo slow to chemically react it leaks out and i wind up with voids and puddles on the concrete .Im gonna have to go back to hydrophobic emecole injection foam!

The guy that owns this place really knows his stuff I was needed some help with to do it yourself project as far as fixing a crack in my foundation he sold me two or three chemicals and some materials that made it very easy explain to me how to do it would highly recommend this company to anyone looking
