The people working were friendly. We got a new phone. It was hard to get a printed receipt, showing exactly what I paid for. They tried to charge me for a phone case, which I did not get, but gave me a refund. They also put insurance on our plan, which I did not want. We've had the service for 2 weeks now, and it seems to work well, other than the mobile data, which is not so great sometimes.

1st and foremost!! "Mocha" was such a pleasure to do business with! We walked into the store, said what we were looking for (new service), and was out the door with everything we needed in 15 minutes TOPS! I would highly suggest looking into this location for very reasonably priced products and services! You can be confident in knowing that they seek to provide you with the best plan/service for you, the process is seamless, and the staff is amazing! We are very happy with our decision to use them for our daughter's 1st phone! Thank you Mocha!!!

Metro PCS had a deal where if you add a new line, you get a free phone. However I was charged for the phone and told I didn't have coupons to get the phone free. I have no clue what Metro PCS is talking about. Y'all said add a line, get a free phone. Nothing about coupons. That's false advertisement. And don't get me started on smartpay. You are going to pay double for the phone!

Lady that served me (Lashawn)was extremely mean and unprofessional. Sold me a phone a didn't want. Didn't want to refund it when it didn't work. Got irate when I tried to get another phone. Over charged me for phone and accessories. Well not go back to this location. I've been with Metro for over 10 years.

Hands down best customer service. AJ was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Honestly, I dread walking into any phone store just because I know I am about to become very frustrated and confused to say the least. But man, Robert the store manager along with his crew (AJ and another gentleman whose name begins with a D) are the definition of an A team! This company should consider itself extremely proud and grateful to have men such as these dedicated to their customers. I can guarantee you that these men alone will ensure loyalty and longevity from customers!
