“MADI is a high-quality shop with a heart-driven mission and one of my favorite spaces to spend time in Kansas City, when I used to live there. The owner welcomed me in by letting me know the shop is based on the premise of making a difference. Everything the store was based on was a manifestation for me to have found: organic clothing, pure plant dyes, devotion to proper pay for people. MADI is a gem, and I shop their online store now since I live in Florida. Their purpose deserves above-and-beyond gratitude. I have two pairs of their silk shorts! This shop is the best!”

“The people that work there and the location I see lots of different kinds of people go in and shop. I’m at the store a lot to see the new deals and products they have coming in and the people that work there are AWESOME, when I’m there I’m usually helped by Jose who’s absolutely the best! Everyone that goes in is treated like a friend by all the people that work there! I have friendly conversations with everyone there while I’m shopping which is nice and refreshing. I shop here mainly for me and my son (who’s 7) he loves the vans store and all the “cool shirts and shoes” (basically his whole closet) we love vans!”

“Found some shorts that fit me very well but I was literally sweating bullets in the fitting rooms. I thought it was because i was coming from walking in the heat. I was so flustered and overwhelmed by the heat that I didn’t even finish trying on the clothes i had. When I got to the front the employees were offering water bottles and they had fans going, that’s when I realized the AC was out. I was amazed by the employees unwavered and positive attitudes. The two guys at the register were incredibly kind and apologetic. As I was leaving I heard them mention this was the 3rd summer in a row this has happened.
No customer wants to shop or try on clothes in the heat. The employees should not have to work like that either but they did so with a smile on their face. They are the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review”
“I decided to hop online and see where Taylor got her vintage gear and placed an order Friday night. It was heading my way by Saturday morning and packaged beautifully. Amazing experience Placed another order today for Super Bowl outfit because of how positive my first order went. I get so many compliments on my Redzone Taylor’s Version sweater it’s insane.”
“Visited this place while in the area on holiday and in need of a high school banquet suit for our athlete . Due to his athletic build we need to find a place that can tailor suits and happy we found this place while on holiday . The shop is very nice with good suits and accessories moderate to high price and the key find is they had his size and able to tailor within 2 days . We came back for pick up and try on and it was very nice , took out the worry of having a nice suit for banquet in 1 week . Good customer service , Freindly staff , nice organized store .”

The store was able to find my order by my phone number and last name and I had no trouble exchanging the items for something that fit. I got a refund for the difference.The hand soap in the bathroom smells kind of like Old Spice. 5 stars.”

“My wife purchased me 2 suits from Indochino as a Christmas present for myself. I have a narrower neck and longer arms, so buying off-the-rack shirts never seem to fit great. Cemil was awesome to work with - he really took his time to walk through all the options and help us when we needed it. I've never owned a suit or dress shirts that fit this well. Highly recommend!”

“I love the location at L-Summit, MO and OP, KS. So clean. It is hard to avoid Sephora until you go in there, but the coolest stuff is across from Sephora. I found Yoopi - I love their items. The prettiest stuff. It says 3 plus and up in age. I am 48 and love all that stuff that's right at the front doors and the turn-styles.”
