“This is one of my favorite ReStores to go to. It's not at large as some others, but it still manages to have a large selection of quality items. The employees have always been kind and helpful to me and I can usually find just what I'm looking for (and even some things I didn't plan on getting!!). They price things fairly and accurately (I've been to other ReStores that feel overpriced) and always have a deal going on. Highly recommend.”
“Great selection, wide assortment of products for the home, from laundry detergent, breakfast cereals to lumber, plywood, appliances etc. if we could have more than 2 cashiers or add self service, especially when the lines are 6-8 deep I would say 5 stars.”

“We shop here a lot. One of the things I love the most is that they are not constantly rearranging the store. While the products are changing from season to season they will be in the same area they were the year before. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I have never experienced a rude staff member here. They have a nice wide selection of products in store, and you can order additional products at the help desk in the center of the store. They are handicap accessible, without products piled in the isles. Oh, and you can bring your dog in.”
“I prefer Independence Lowe's to other home improvement stores. Elijah, who was a very helpful, cheerful, patient, and newly hired, made sure I found everything I needed and asked a seasoned associate for answers to a couple questions he didn't know the answers to. Elijah also helped me get my purchases in the car on a cold, snowy day.”
“Thr local farm supplies store. Pet food supplies. Livestock, farm animal feed, and supplies. I regularly buy deer corn feed that we put out for our yard visitors.”
“Had an issue with a brand new A/C and there was a lady there that went way above and beyond to try to help. She called back to follow up and help anyway she could. Although I decided to go another way than return the A/C that doesn't work,(Not a good return policy imo) got a mini split, I would like to says thanks to her. Hope she reads this and knows it really means a lot to customers she's out there.”
“There was a mixup with my online order so when I returned my items and received an exchange, the assistant manager, Jerome Pyburn, which is what’s on my paperwork was very friendly and accommodating. He Corrected the mixup which ended up being my fault.
This person with the extra mile to help me, we need more people like him”
“I just got back from this store and I had a great experience. There was a sale where if you buy a battery pack, you get a free tool. I had already purchased a stick vac, but didn't get the batteries. Even though i didn't have the receipt, Maria made sure I got the refund on the vac and purchase the batteries. She was really helpful, as well as the two people on the register. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but one was an older white woman, and the other was a young man with brown hair and glasses. Great customer service. I appreciate all of their help. Hopefully they get to receive this feedback.”

I just wish I could get the prices where I can manage them. The staff there are helpful when you can find them otherwise Home Depot would get five stars.”
