“Went in today and the staff was friendly. The young lady who helped me with my purchase was very knowledgeable. This was my first purchase and it went smoothly. I also used their gun range and the guy who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me the tools needed to shoot properly. I would definitely recommend them.”

“They built my rifle. This is the rifle that i had built in my head for years, and they more than delivered! It is perfect in every way, and they were nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. There are no bad sides working with them.”

“This shop is pretty kewl. They're rough around-the-edges type people who don't need to cry and hold your hand t. Bought a Czech Mauser and Raging Bull from them for a price definitely under what dumdums wanted on Gun Broker. Thinking of getting that Chinese-SKS, depends...since we already have so much "Made in China@ here--but heck...what's one more Walmart shirt, right? My only gripe is that they don't do bulk ammo (as far as I have seen--I may be wrong but I don't remember seeing crates: just smaller boxes). I know it it's a small thing, but there is only one aisle type thing for ammo, and they are sold out sometimes. Nothing bad, just something I noticed.”

“This is a PREMIER tactical supply. Places this nice, with PEOPLE this nice, you don't see much any more. Walked in after finding them totally randomly on gunbroker after not realizing they were KC local. Charles (I think) who was behind the counter took such good care of me. I haven't bought any parts or anything in a while and I was a bit out of the loop and he was so nice, answered every question I had, and had a great conversation about old side-by-sides and their upcoming custom special for first responders. I walked in to pick up an upper and walked out spending about 300 more on accessories and goodies and had NO problem with it. Engraving, ceracote, assembly, inspection, you name it they do it. Got SUCH a great value, and on QUALITY parts. From what I can tell they get a lot of stuff from BCA which does GREAT work. Especially on higher caliber stuff like .458 and 6.5 Grendel. Their pistol work is NUTS too, although I personally am just at the show for the long guns. If you want RESONABLE prices on ARTISAN quality work then there is no better place to go. A MUST if you are in the KC area. The store front is more like an apple store for guns. Not the droopy, dim lit, strip mall vibe you get walking into some places. Bright lights, incredible displays, CLEAN, and not in a horrible or impossible to reach part of town. 12/10.”

“If you are in the market for your fire arm, these guys will help you. I am 48 and purchased my 1st one. Jim and Ron literally walked me thru the process. They was a bit more expensive in store, however I was able to order on their web store. I got there ..fairly quick... only thing I would suggest here is a tracking number for the purchaser. Their web store had amazing deals. They also have amazing deals in store. Being a new fire arm purchaser I had alot of questions about the gun I purchased, they answered everything with ease and patience with me. I want to thank them for helping me on this journey.”

“I really want to thank Josh in the archery department. He's helped me than anyone in the store. I'm a novice archer, and he got my new nock put in properly, tightened down, and we fixed the sights on the range. Probably 45 minutes of getting me straightened out. Plus, tips on pull and release. I just came to get a nock put on my string. Now, that's service!”

“I usually find what I'm shopping for at Bass Pro. They have a great selection in every outdoor department. I am disappointed that the restaurant, Islamorada, is closed. I always enjoyed the seafood they served up there and some of the unique appetizers. It's a great place to shop, or just even "troll" around looking at the wild life including the aquarium, fish and duck pond, etc. Santa shows up around Christmas time and the store overlooks the walking trail, and the waterfalls across the lake including the park. Great place to visit anytime of day.”
