Jodi is amazing!!!!!! I came in last minute with a few things to accomplish. This lady got it ALL done with the best customer service to boot! (She also did this whilst in the middle of closing down!) I'm impressed, and grateful! I thank you for such top notch service! Jodi ROCKS!!!

Came in asking to speak to a manager at 10:58 am on a Wed. To resolve a negative balance issue. After an hour of waiting & being told a manager will be with you shortly, I decided to leave at 12:07 pm, but right as I stood the.manager became available. Very frustrating. They did help me resolve my issue at less than I was expecting. I suggest visiting a different location if you have things to do or are on a schedule/in a hurry, but can be helpful. Finished what should have been a 5-10 minute visit in just under 90 minutes; to be told that even though no one contacted me about this matter til my account was closed, my account is now permanently closed and I will have to find a new bank. Been banking with them for years. Very disappointed.

Today honestly I receive the best customer service ever. Enter this location and was greeted by a friendly banker. Not only did she solve my issue but also gave me tips on how to avoid banking fees. I’m extremely thankful for the service I received from Maria Johnson and will suggest others to join this bank

Just called to ask check cashing fees , Ann answered and hung up when i stated where i was calling from. Was gonna refer customers who needed checks cashed but i will not refer none with 1 star service that has no time to take a call.

It is good to know that when I go to Commerce Bank in RAYTOWN I’ll be treated like someone important. Mindy always greets me with a smile! And during my last visit, Britt went above and beyond to accommodate me. It’s that friendly attitude that keeps me coming back. The services are great as well!
