“Deeann was incredible. I rented a van during Christmas holiday due to a recall on my jeep. It is now almost March and after dealing with awful customer service with different kinds of businesses the last 2 months, I just had to come write a review on her. She should be giving seminars on how to treat customers! She called to confirm our rental, she made sure we had exactly what we reserved. Her communication with me was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, thorough. Very impressed with her. I have been in customer service my entire adult life and I'm shocked she hasn't been recruited by another company. I use her as an example when I am complaining about other people's/company's service. If I need to rent again, I will be contacting her first!!”

“We rented a car for 5 days. I was very pleased with the rental. The care ride was great. The Customer Service that we received before and after was great. Marlon was are agent before and after. Very welcoming, went over the rental agreement, asked if we had any questions or concerns. Marlon called me to verify they had received the car back and would start the process for return of the deposit. I have rented quite a few cars using Enterprise as well as other car rental companies and the service I received at this location was much more superior than I have ever received at any other location. Everyone was extremely helpful making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were pleasant and made me feel as if my business was important to them. From my first telephone conversation with the staff person who assisted me with my initial reservation to picking up my car where I was met at the counter by an extremely friendly and very personable Meka Edwin, everything went smoothly. “If it weren’t for the staff at this location, it would be one star, but the staff is so good that it makes up for all the things that make their job so hard I’m impressed with the way they handle the volume and the nature of some of the other customers who are less than polite. The staff handles each one with a delicate and professional touch. Whoever is the regional manager, should take a look at the volume at the store does and the difficulties it has getting cars yet still manages to make people happy which is sometimes not so easy these days. people also need to remember that those are in customer service are doing the best they can and sometimes the circumstances are beyond their control. What is amazing that is that they still try very hard and finesse things as best they can to make things work out. I’m very pleased, and would recommend this particular store to anyone because of the service.”
