HORRIBLE SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES —2.5 HOURS WAITING IN LOBBY FOR EACH VISIT AND DAYS TO SEND PRESCRIPTION TO LOCAL PHARMACY. WENT TO VET A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, THEN CAME BACK ON MONDAY MORNING AND NOW WEDNESDAY STILL WITHOUT MY AGING DOG’S PRESCRIPTION FOR LEG PAIN. THIS VET PRICE GAUGES. USED SERVICES OTHER TIMES BEFORE AND THOUGHT SERVICES MAY IMPROVE, BUT ONLY BECAME WORSE!

We boarded our Maltipoo for a week. They greeted me and Diva upon arrival. Scott was awesome, he was caring and kind. They took great care of Diva. I am so appreciative of the way the treat Dad's dog. I highly recommend Bannister Veterinary Clinic.

Bannister Veterinary Clinic is AMAZING. My pup Zeus is the newest addition to our family. They treated him so well, and helped give us all the resources we would need for anything else!! The receptionist was so polite and helpful she made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through everything I need to get done to make sure he was ready to be picked up the next morning! Even though there were literally only minutes left before they closed. She didn't make me feel rushed, and answered all of my questions so calmly and patiently! He is back home and already showing positive signs. Thank you Bannister Veterinary Clinic!!

Great clinic! They take walk-in appointments until 4-4:30p. Reasonable prices with friendly and pleasant staff. I drive over 30 minutes to take all of my fur-babies to this clinic!

We had to put our 16 yr old dog down (Romeo).I called when my boys were on their way, They took them all back, and after my dog went to doggy heaven they were able to stay back there with him until they were ready to leave, then in the mail was a sweet card with a Bone shape seed to plant in the yard to remember him by. Thank you so much for the love you showed my boys and our Fur baby!!!

Dog did something to his paw they checked it out and gave me some antibiotics. Was a quick and helpful visit. Didn't feel overpriced, either. 126 bucks for everything visit, antibiotics, a painkiller, and a cone so he would stop picking at it..

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me carry my cage with my two cats into the office and then helped me get them back out and in my car. The doctor and assistant were very good and made my cats feel comfortable while they were giving them their rabies shots. Their prices seem reasonable also.

Today I had a very very bad experience with this clinic, and I've been coming to this vet for years. I went in today to get my dog put down, and I explained the situation to what my dog was going through, the doctor and this green headed nurse was sooo rude to me and was Soo judgemental that the fact it hurt my feelings even more about the decision that had to be made about my dog. The doctor asked the nurse would she help with the procedure and this green headed nurse, mind you had a ride attitude, told the doctor no I'm not doing it get someone else. So that kind of made me mad. Then I asked if I have to be in the room because I'm already emotional about my dog leaving my side. She gave a very bad attitude to the question i asked her. I heard the doctor whisper negative things about me. So if I was you and your going through a situation do not take your pet here because the customer service is very bad in this type of behavior. They are not supportive, like who wants to see there love one go. No daang body.

Very nice vet! The wind closed the front door on our pup and his leg had some swelling and he was walking on 3 legs ? dr was very nice and informative gave him some pain meds and a few hours later he was back to normal

Had to put my dog down a bit ago. Old age. Took 3+ hours. Some point had to take her out to give her water. Hot out. She couldn't even drink it. Let the receptionist know. Didn't care, apparently. I sat there with Casey in my lap as she cried and yelped from the pain. 20min-30min of that, constant. Just wanted to stop what she was going through. We received no attention even though everybody seemed to notice, loud cries, staff didn't care though. Not a vet a business now, used to be a lot better, I remember. So yeah maybe look into another place for pet care. Can't forget it.
