“This is the only repair place I will take my machine. They have been in business for
decades and really know what they’re talking about when it comes to repairs. They can service any type of machine as well. Their repair and maintenance cost if also very affordable. The turnaround time is quick as well. I took my broken machine in and it was ready in a week and cost $100 to repair, tune up and clean. It runs like new now!!”
“We dropped by with a malfunctioning sewing machine or so we thought. Barbi took the time to examine, rethread and test our machine. Nothing wrong after the rethread. All quite efficient and no charge!”
“I came in to pick up an order for my wife that she had previously tried to pick up but it wouldn’t fit in her car. The man working up front was super professional and quick to find the ticket. He had me pull around to the side and they had me loaded up and out of there in no time.”

“This is one of my favorite ReStores to go to. It's not at large as some others, but it still manages to have a large selection of quality items. The employees have always been kind and helpful to me and I can usually find just what I'm looking for (and even some things I didn't plan on getting!!). They price things fairly and accurately (I've been to other ReStores that feel overpriced) and always have a deal going on. Highly recommend.”

“Had my belts and bags, friendly service. I have lived in Independence 14 years and drive this section of 40 hwy daily and had never seen this store! Hard area to be seen with the traffic and intersections but definitely need to do something to turn heads to the fact you're there.”

“There was a mixup with my online order so when I returned my items and received an exchange, the assistant manager, Jerome Pyburn, which is what’s on my paperwork was very friendly and accommodating. He Corrected the mixup which ended up being my fault.

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“I broke 6 rib scapula and sturnam. Told Jessica I gene I was needing a power lift recliner because of it. She and Jessica didn’t hesitate to help me. I had to be home when they delivered it. I told them when and what time the stayed late to deliver it. That’s customer service right there. I hope the higher up people recognize there dedication to people and customers.
