Haven't been in a while but the last time I went for some car accessories the staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately they were out of stock for my items. Overall genuinely friendly and helpful from my experience.

10/11/23 8:40 PM Arrived to only find the computer system was down and they were unable to sell anything. Seems like I found this same issue about year ago at about the same time in the evening. Went to Raytown AutoZone to buy the couple of tools I needed for a repair.

Usually have no problem here with service or selection of products. I always get my oil and oil filters for a decent price. I like to drop off my used oil as well and haven't had an issue doing so like at a few other auto stores. Never had an issue with any of the employees, they're all nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Only issue is the parking lot. I'd love to see the deep tire indents filled making it smoother to pull in and out.

Our car overheated on our way back to Nebraska and we were fortunate enough to be near this Advanced Auto store. Jake was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. He went out of his way to help us and get us back on the road.

Shay and Alexis went above beyond to help me get my battery in my son's car after a most rude and unhelpful "Larry" did his very best to avoid having to lift a finger to help do anything. The girls more than compensated for his unprofessional, lazy work ethic.Edit: Thank you, advance auto for your reply. I hope for the sake of this store and the other employees the situation with Larry is corrected.

Purchased windshield wiper blades. One of the clerks put them on my car and bent my wiper arm, so now the wiper doesn't touch the window on my passenger side. I'll have to pay to repair or replace the entire wiper arm. Not a happy customer.
