I came to this Starbucks location in PriceChopper twice. Never again. The first time the customer service was bad. They rather finish their conversation than pause to help customers, which isn’t a major deal breaker for me just a little head tilt of curiosity. Second time I got a cup full of whipped cream when I wanted a frappe… I questioned it because I’ve never received my frappe where the bottom was nothing but whipped cream and just the top was frappe in a venti cup before. They said it was standard… I’ll pass.

I accidentally ordered a drink to Harrisonville Starbucks by Walmart since the app tends to default to where you last ordered. So I called the Harrisonville Starbucks and asked if they could cancel to the order to which I was told if I brought it to a different Starbucks and showed the receipt they could make my order there. So I went to the Starbucks inside price chopper at 8:50am and told the lady I had accidentally ordered to the wrong place and showed on the app. The girl immediately got an attitude and told me that last time this happened she called the store and there wasn’t a drink so she doesn’t want to give me a drink. I told her she could call the store and that I have the receipt right in front of me. She decided to check the receipt and then make the drink but said she won’t be doing it again. When I asked if she might have called the wrong Starbucks since there are two in Harrisonville she said she did not. There are a few things to note with this experience. 1. Why didn’t you check my receipt last time and call the store to clarify if you were going to make such a big deal. 2. You still didn’t call this time but made the drink. 3. Never be disrespectful to a customer who is confused and not even talking to you in a rude or disrespectful manner while also trying to help you figure out the situation. I’m not sure who the red headed girl was at the front but she was very rude. She doesn’t need to be fired over this but she definitely needs training with how to treat customers. The other girl working was an angel though and ended up being very nice and professional

Coffee was Luke warm, and employees ignored us for two minutes even though we were the only customers there. I would blame it on this generations work ethics, but Dutch Bros employees seem to excel at customer service. Having a Starbucks inside a Price Chopper is convenient, but you obviously lose something in that dynamic.

This place is always short staffed, but this review is for Kaelyn. She was the only one working on a busy Saturday and didn't even bat and eye. She kept slingin out amazing drinks and excellent customer service. Give this girl a FAT RAISE!
