Do not try the pizza pretzel. I came in to sams club having a good time, but after the first bite, I found myself sobbing in the middle of the food court. Mr. Sam would not allow this in the club. Not mad, just disappointed.

Don’t buy there batteries for cars. Not only did i have to fight and had proof that my battery tested bad from a dealership they finally replaced after the second time going in cuz they closed 30 mins early and turned me away even tho i was there when told to be. This morning they changed my batter took them 1.5 hours to change it. They fried my AMP running boards. So now my running boards don’t drop at all. And i have littles who need the running boards to get in my yukon. Do they care nope. When i asked the tech what happened. He lied and said they didn’t drop before. They dropped when i arrived at the store. And i watched them drop when you pull my car in the bay. They were also extremely rude when I said I’ve had to jump my car the last 3 days. He asked me if i knew what I was doing. And even handing them the battery ticket from the dealership he’s like we can’t go off this. I’ve called a manager and it’s been several hours with no response to what they’re going to do about frying my amp running boards. I’m sure nothing will come of it but I’ll be left with the bill. So I highly don’t recommend they’re batteries or there tire service center. They’re rude to females. And they’ll ruin your stuff and not take responsibility. He also got into my car in the parking lot. I have exhaust. And the tech even said dude I told you she’d hear you. ? never again. Idc how cheap there batteries are for the bigger cold start it’s not worth it!!!

They lost my deliver because the delivery person couldn't deliver to the correct address. Yes, they refunded my money, but I won't see that refund for 48-72 hours. I am handicapped without a car, but they won't tell me where my groceries ended up do I can walk to the correct place and get it. absolutely unacceptable.

It's always easy to get in and out of this Sam's Gas Station. Today, unleaded is $3.19 gallon. I have a 13 gallon tank and it cost $43 to fill up.

You know, Sam's is what it is ... a massive wholesaler of this, that and the other. So, if you're looking for massive quantities of products, this is the place for you. Shopping for foods in huge cans that may never be utilized apparently makes sense for some people. I can't understand it. And, there seems to be an inordinate amount of processed, unhealthy foods in the aisles. But I found a true positive in the clothing section. Although I found no Jean shorts in my size that didn't have holes, I did think the available clothing was a good bargain. Although this visit confirmed my lack of interest in a Sam's membership, it may be just the thing for you.

We are long time members and frequent the Raymore club. We just recently purchased sandwich items, veggies and fruit, some other random snack options and a cake for a baby shower I hosted. The food all turned out really well, everyone came back for seconds and thirds, but most of all THE CAKE. It was perfect. We had a very specific request for the cake (naked cake theme, look it up) and it was iced exactly how we wanted. I added some rosemary and fruit for the finishing touch (woodland baby theme). My sister loved it.

I asked 3 teammates on the floor for help and was ignored each time. When I got to the front I had a question about using a gift card and the cashier screamed at me. if you want to see how not to do customer service go here. If you prefer being treated with human decency go to literally any other Club.

Ordered pick up online, got home with outdated food. They say I have to come in with receipt and driver's license and membership maybe the debit card I used. All for an 8 dollar box of cinnamon rolls. Cant just bring me out a new box. Spent an hour on the phone for nothing! Unbelievable!! I can't come in that's why I ordered online for pickup because of covid! They don't care!!
